The product is composed of 100% calcium sulfate hemihydrate which is a naturally
occurring mineral and an inherently nonemitting source of VOCs. It also does not contain
any binders or other ingredients that include organic chemicals.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Clean tools and moulds properly, removing any residue of previous applications. Add the
plaster to water. Leave the water to absorb it for 1 minute and then stir on a steady pace,
either manually or with an electric mixer, until the paste becomes a homogeneous

mixture. Pour the mixture in the mould, where you can still work on it for 14 minutes until
its initial setting. The final setting is complete in 35 minutes in total. Agents that could
reduce the final setting time are the mixing method and environmental conditions.

REMARKS
Setting time: The setting time of the mixture is highly dependent from
external factors, such as the mixing time and the mixing
ratio, the storage time of the material, environmental
conditions, purity and quantity of water and mixing
containers etc.
Warning: Must not be in contact with acids. Mixing with other
materials alters the product properties
