– AKA general contractor, is a firm that is in contract
with the owner to build the project or part of it.

project activities

• The Subcontractor:
– A construction firm in contract with the prime
contractor to perform some/whole aspects of the
contractor’

• There is no contract agreement between the owner and

in the project.
