Subject: Bungalow C-2 Maintenance Requirements
R/Sir,
I visited Bungalow C-2 on 03/10/23 and observed that the furniture and other household items are missing
some are in a much deteriorated condition. The detailed list as follows:
Double bed with Mattress - 01 unit
Single bed with Mattress - 02 units
Sofa set with center & side tables - 01 set
Dining table with Chairs - 01 set
Dressing table - 01 unit
Bedside table - 04 units
Center table with Chairs - 01 set
Cart / Charpoy - 01 unit
Ceiling fans missing in rooms
A.C Split (01 ton) - 01 unit
Refrigerator - 01 unit
Gas Stove - 01 unit
Gas Cylinder with regulator - 01 unit
Kitchen Cabinet found in poor condition
Room Cabinets found completely damaged
Carpet
Water Geyser found damaged and requires replacement
Need W.C in one toilet
Curtains required for all rooms
Bathroom mirrors - 02 units
Bathroom shelves - 02 sets
Missing / damaged faucets need replacement
Kitchen & washroom floor water drain covers are missing
One bathroom washbasin found damaged
Some door handles are missing
Electrical work is required including fixing boards, buttons, and lighting issues
Electric Geyser is installed inside the washroom, require external installation
Cleaning and grass cutting of both front and back yard lawn
White wash and painting for doors
Doors and windows grill(jali) repairing required
Need your attention in this regard.
