PEMI due on 5th of next to subsequent month.

*This may undergo a change and the interest rate at time of disbursal shall be applicable.
The amortization schedule consisting of the break-up between principal and interest shall be provided separately after the disbursement and
shall be considered as part and parcel of the loan argreement.
**Life Insurance premium amount may change depending on the stage of construction of the property or if there is change in the age of
insured at the time of first disbursement.
***Property Insurance premium amount will be disbursed at the time of final disbursement and premium amount may change if there is
change in the built-up area of property.
Not withstanding anything mentioned above. SHFL can add, delete, modify all or any of the aforesaid terms & conditions without any
