Steamed Clams- One dozen steamed clams steamed together with beer,onions and
bacon. 11

Fried Calamari- Calamari lightly tossed in a secret spice mixture and fried to

Soup and Salads


Soup of the Day- Cup or Bowl 5 French Onion Soup- The finest French onion soup with hints of sherry topped with
croutons and melted cheeses. 6

Tuscan Marinated Salad- A bed of spinach with prosciutto ham, artichokes, roasted
red peppers, onions and fresh mozzarella served with a side of our house vinaigrette. 12

Country Cobb Salad- Crisp romaine lettuce topped with smoked bacon, fresh turkey,
ham, eggs, tomatoes, olives and blue cheese crumbles. 11 Grilled Salmon Salad- 6 oz fresh filet of salmon served over a bed of romaine lettuce with tomatoes, onions, and roasted red peppers served with a side of our house vinaigrette. 13 Grilled Chicken Caesar- Grilled breast of chicken served over fresh romaine lettuce that has been tossed in our signature homemade Caesar dressing. 12

Roasted Turkey Dinner- Slow roasted turkey breast served with homemade herbed
stuffing and gravy plus house potato and cranberry. 16.

Parmesan Crusted Salmon- 6 oz fresh filet of salmon lightly covered with a panko parmesan mixture and baked to perfection. Served with house potato and vegetable. 18 Seafood Medley- Shrimp, Salmon, and a 3oz Lobster Tail broiled and topped with a
light garlic based cream sauce served over a bed of spinach. 20.

Fish n Chips- In house battered grouper fried to perfection served with French fries
and a side of cole slaw. 10

Chicken and the Pig- A boneless breast of chicken wrapped with crispy prosciutto and
served over spinach in a light mushroom cream sauce. Served with house potato. 16

Fresh Fit Pasta Choice of linguine or penne pasta tossed with fresh seasonal vegetable, garlic and olive oil. 12.

Vermonter- One-half pound certified Angus beef burger topped with mushrooms and caramelized onions and topped with melted Vermont cheddar cheese. 10. Old Fashion Reuben- Corn beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese topped with in house
made Thousand Island dressing served on rye bread and grilled. 9.

Tuscan Grilled Chicken Breast- Grilled chicken breast topped with baby spinach, melted provolone cheese and roasted red peppers on a Challah roll. 10. The French Dip- Sliced prime rib on a crisp roll with Au Jus topped with melted

Turkey Pilgrim- A warm turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and herb stuffing on
grilled sour dough bread. 9.

Tavern Melt- Vermonts Cabot cheese, fresh ham and tomato between toasted sourdough bread. 9. Tomato Basil Panini- Fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomato on crispy Italian bread. 9.
