“A RESOLUTION OF AN AGREEMENT OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR THE SOLICITATION
AND REQUEST OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE OFFICE OF DAPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND
MANAGEMENT - MANILA (DBM) IN THE PROCUREMENT OF SCHOOL BOOKS MATERIALS
DONATED BY THE BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN TO BE USE BY THE PUPIL OF TAVIRAN
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BARANGAY UPPER TAVIRAN, KABUNTALAN, MAGUINDANAO DEL
NORTE.”
WHEREAS, presented before the Honorable Member of the Barangay Council in session
assembled was regular session and meeting of the Barangay Council of Barangay Bagumbayan,
Kabuntalan, Maguindanao Del Norte
WHEREAS, the Council of Barangay Bagumbayan, Kabuntalan, Maguindanao Del Norte
agreed to draft a solicitation, request for financial assistance to the office of Sec. Amina F.
Pangandaman Secretary of Department of Budget and Management Central Office- Manila for
the procurement of school books materials for Taviran Elementary School.;
WHEREFORE, agreed that School Books Materials will be classified into six (6) kinds that
well- matched fir the use of Pupils from Grade I to Grade VI in Taviran Elementary School
amounting to Five Million Pesos (5,000,000,00)
Now Therefore, on the foregoing premises considered and onmotion of all Members of
Barnagay Council and duty Seconded by all,it has, -
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved:
Resolved finally as it is hereby finally resolved to forward this resolution to the MILG
Kabuntalan, office of the President, association of the Barangay Chairman, Office of the
Municipal Mayor, Barangay Bagumbayan, Kabuntalan, Maguindanao Del Norte: for information
guidance and ready reference.
