AFFIDAVIT BY PURCHASER
I, Santosh Kumar, S/o Mr. Ram Avadh, R/o H. No. 1447, Gali No. 21 B, Sector-104, Surat
Nagar, Phase-2, Daultabad (53), P.O. Daultabad, Dist.: Gurgaon, Haryana-122006,
do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:
1. That I am the purchaser of vehicle bearing Regn. No. HR55AN1682 Chassis
No. MD9GRDDE4LF245859 Motor: KTCM100000859, COLOR- METALLIC
BLUE, MODEL- 22-12-2022, E-RICKSHAW DAVRATH.
2. That I have purchased the above said vehicle from Mr. Ram Kashi Devi, S/o Mr. Lalit
Yadav, R/o H. No. 1447, Gali No. 21 B, Surat Nagar, Gurgaon, Haryana-122001, on
dated 14/11/2024 TIME12:00 PM and taken-over the registration Certificate of the
said Vehicle and all others papers related to said vehicle from to the above said Seller.
3. That I have settled all my account against the above said vehicle with the above said
Seller and pay the entire agreed amount to the Purchaser as a full and final settlement
and now there is no balance amount is due against the above said vehicle.
4. That I have taken over the delivery of the said vehicle from above named Seller on
dated 14/11/2023 TIME 12:00 PM and now the said vehicle will be running under
my custody and therefore, all the outstanding Charges, Taxes, Challans Insurance
Premium, Penalties, Superdari Charges, Fatal Accident Charges, etc. of the said
vehicle shall be paid by me after dated 14/11/2024 time 12:00 PM
5. That before dated 14/11/2024 TIME 12:00 PM, Seller shall be liably to make the
payment of all the Charges, Taxes, Challans, Insurance Premium, Penalties /
Superdari Charges, Fatal Accident Charges, etc. of the above said vehicle at his
own cost and risk.
6. That the purchaser has assure me that the above noted vehicle is free from all sorts
litigations, liens, decree. Court case, attachments, injunctions, etc. and if found
otherwise, the Seller shall be individually liable for the same.
7. That all the expenses which shall be incurred for the completion/transfer of any work
or execution of any documents shall bear/paid by me.
8. That above noted contents of the affidavit is my true and correct in my knowledge.
