Briefly describe the purpose of each machineries

1. Disc plow

The disc plow is a crucial tool in farming, used before seed planting to create an optimal
environment for plant growth. The disc plow excels at cutting, breaking, mixing, and loosening
the soil with precision, preparing it for planting and creating ideal conditions for seed
germination. One of the strengths of the disc plow is deep plowing, a critical aspect of land
preparation. Its design allows it to reach significant soil depths, promoting thorough soil
turnover and bringing essential nutrients to the surface, enhancing topsoil fertility. The disc
plow is particularly effective in challenging terrains like hard, trashy, and stony areas. Its robust
construction and well-arranged disc blades make it suitable for tillage in even the toughest
soils, making it the preferred choice in regions where traditional plowing equipment struggles.
An important advantage of the disc plow is its ability to loosen the soil without clogging issues.
The design of the mounted disc blades minimizes the risk of soil buildup, ensuring a smooth
and uninterrupted tilling process.

2. Rotaslasher

The main function of a rotaslasher in rice cultivation and crop management is to cut and remove
vegetation from the field. This involves managing weeds in rice fields to prevent them from
compete with rice plants for vital nutrients, water, and sunlight. This promotes healthier rice
growth and enhances crop yield. After harvesting rice, there is often residual plant material left
in the field, such as rice straw and debris. The rotary slasher aids in cutting this residue,
facilitating its incorporation into the soil. By cutting crop residues, the rotary slasher
contributes to soil aeration. Enhanced soil aeration supports microbial activity and nutrient
cycling, ultimately improving soil fertility. Preparing the field by removing any residual plant
material is often necessary before planting a new crop. The rotary slasher plays a crucial role
in this pre-planting process, ensuring the establishment of a seedbed that is both clean and
devoid of weeds. Rather than resorting to the environmentally harmful practice of burning rice
straw, the rotary slasher presents an alternative method for effectively managing crop residues.
This helps reduce the risk of fires and contributes to environmental conservation.
3. Primary rotary tiller

Primary rotary tiller is the essential land preparation in agriculture as it is to perform primary
tillage. This is the method of performing primary tillage. It involves a thorough turning of the
soil. This is done to remove weeds, aerate the soil, and make it easier for water to absorb into
the crop bed. Primary tillage is also done in certain cases to bury undesired residue that has
accumulated on top of the soil. Primary tillage is insufficient to completely prepare for planting.
It leaves massive particles of earth behind that must be broken apart. It also applied following
the last harvest. It is usually done when the soil is moist enough to facilitate plowing and strong
enough to provide enough traction. This might be shortly following the agricultural harvest or
at the beginning of the season.

4. Secondary rotary tillage

Secondary rotary tillage purpose is to perfume secondary tillage. Secondary tillage is usually
the final step in preparing crop beds for planting and conducted after primary tillage to improve
soil tilth for seeding and planting. These are lighter and finer activities conducted on the soil
following major tillage operations. Secondary tillage activities do not create substantial soil
inversion or moving of soil from one location to another. These activities use less electricity
per unit area than basic tillage operations. Secondary tillage implements include various types
of harrows, rollers and pulverizers, rotary tillers, mulching and fallowing tools, cage wheels,
and so on. The purposes of secondary tillage are to improve the seed bed through increased soil
pulverisation. Consequently, it aids in the destruction of grasses and weed seeds that grow in
the field while cutting crop wastes and mixing them with top soil. It additionally makes it easier
to break up large clods and make the field surface uniform and level.
5. Rice transplanter

A rice transplanter in the Philippines is a specialized machine designed for the efficient
replanting of rice seedlings in paddy fields. The key component of this machine is the
transplanter device, housing the seedling tray. The transplanter device allows farmers to load a
mat-type rice nursery, which can be automatically picked up and transplanted onto the soil by
the equipment. This innovative approach enables the planting of a row of seedlings in a single
pass, with the farmer simply needing to maneuver the machine correctly across the field. sing
a transplanter for rice planting offers several advantages such as swift planting, reduced labor
and stress, consistent spacing and plant density and fast seedling recovery and vigorous growth.

6. Boom sprayer

A boom sprayer is an agricultural device designed to transform a liquid, solution, or suspension

into granules or droplets for effective spraying. This type of apparatus is commonly used in
broadscale farming, especially for applying herbicides. Self-propelled boom sprayers are
operated by a single operator who sits on top of the machine during operation. Subsequently,
it sprays the liquid through a pipe and out of the nozzles, creating liquid particles or droplets.
The speed of the machine can be adjusted to achieve the desired spraying dose. The primary
purpose of a boom sprayer is to efficiently and precisely apply herbicides or other agricultural
solutions over large areas. By breaking the solution into fine droplets, the boom sprayer ensures
uniform coverage, reaching the target crops or vegetation effectively. The self-propelled
design, operated by a single person, enhances the convenience and mobility of the machine
during spraying operations.
7. Round baler

A round baler is a farm machine used to compress and bundle hay or straw into manageable
and compact forms known as bales. Round balers play a crucial role in modern agriculture by
mechanizing the process of harvesting, processing, and packaging hay for storage,
transportation, and feeding livestock. These balers create cylindrical bales that are often used
for large-scale operations. The hay is gathered into a cylindrical shape and is then wrapped
with twine or netting to hold it together. Round balers are known for their efficiency and speed,
making them suitable for large fields. Round balers streamline the hay harvesting and
packaging processes, significantly reducing the labor required for these tasks. Also, it offers
efficient and space-efficient storage, maximizing farmers' use of available storage areas, as it
is stackable and takes up less space than loose hay. Other than, it improved hay quality and
increasing profitabily by reduce losses.

8.Trailer mounted water

A water pump is a device that moves, compresses, or transfers water from one level to another.
A water pump's primary function is to convey water between two places and to remove surplus
water. It is frequently utilised on construction sites, tunnels, river beds, and residential
structures, among other places. Water pumps convert the centrifugal force generated by the
motor's rotating kinetic energy into hydrodynamic energy that flows water under pressure.
Centrifugal pumps are very basic pumps yet they are noted for generating a continuous and
forceful flow of water. Monoset pumps integrate the motor and pump into a single frame, which
reduces gearbox losses and leaks while pumping. With the evolution of technology, the trailer-
mounted water pump makes more accessible in the sector of agriculture where it is meant to
make it simpler to travel from one place to another and it concentrates on operating in high
places.
9. Combine harvester

The combine harvester is a versatile farm machine designed for the cutting and separation of
rice. Its capability to interchange headers allows it to effectively process various types of rice
crops. The harvesting process involves three main stages: reaping, threshing, and winnowing.
Reaping is the initial step in the harvesting process and involves the cutting, gathering, or
harvesting rice. The header, which is placed at the front of the combine, plays an important role
in bringing the entire plant into the equipment while accurately cutting it near the ground's
surface. Threshing is the subsequent stage where the combine harvester separates the seeds or
grains from the harvested plants. In the context of rice cultivation, this means extracting the
rice grains from the rest of the plant material. This section of the combine beats and shakes the
crops to separate the grains from the stalk. Winnowing is the final step, where the combine
harvester separates quality grains from the chaff. This is achieved by subjecting the harvested
material to a current of air, which carries away the lighter chaff, leaving behind the heavier and
desirable rice grains.

10. 4 wheels tractor

The four-wheel tractor stands as a self-propelled vehicle meticulously crafted for the
conveyance, pulling, and propulsion of various agricultural machines and implements.
Renowned for its versatility, this machine significantly expedites and simplifies land
preparation operations, rendering it an invaluable asset in farming practices. The four-wheel
tractor accelerates field operations particularly recommended for large-scale farm operations
where efficiency, adaptability, and multifunctionality are crucial enhancing efficiency in
farming tasks. It operates effectively in both dry and wet soil conditions, providing flexibility
across diverse terrains. With superior traction features in its design, it navigates challenging
landscapes and maintains stability during various agricultural operations. Serving as a
multipurpose vehicle, it excels not only in land preparation but also in tasks such as
