NOTES:
The above prices are inclusive of taxes as above, however any statutory variation shall be to your
account.
The legal possession of the lift will be transferred to you only when full payment is made as per the
above agreement.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES:
Annual Maintenance Charges is free for one years after handing over of passenger Elevator, after that it will
be charged at 4% of the total value of the passenger Elevator and Service Tax Extra as applicable. All spare
parts cost would be charged extra as per requirement of parts. The cost of spare parts will be charged in
advance before dispatch from factory.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION SCHEDULE:
This shall be completed in about 60 Days time, subject to your furnishing us clear dispatch instruction well in
advance and clearing all due payments as per the agreed terms of payments and providing us with Civil work
complete in all respects and as the approved layout drawing to be handed over to us at least two weeks
before the readiness of the material. Please note that the delivery of the material will coincide with the
availability of site to us as mentioned above.
INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING:
This would be completed in about 60 Days time. Our erection crew will test and adjust the Elevator(s) and
will give you about 1 week prior notice for you taking over the Elevators.
ELECTRICAL & CIVIL WORK TO BE PROVIDEDBY THE OWNER:
3Phase electric supply at Near Last Floor work mentioned in the other copies shall be to your account.
1. 3 PHASE 4-wire cables 10 Sq. mm copper/alum MCB and double earthing of 4 SWG copper
wire 415 VAC+OR-10% @ 50HZ+OR-3%
2. 32 AMP MCB for near last floor.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

If contract is cancelled after the advice that 90% of contract value +taxes & duties +
material is ready for dispatch damages
If contract is cancelled after the delivery of 100% of contract value +taxes & duties +
material damages
NOTE:
If full payment is not made within 2 months after Completion of lift, we reserve the right to
discontinue service of the lift.
If full payment is not made within 6 months after Completion of lift, we reserve the right to
revoke the lift.
