MAINTENANCE
Our quotation includes charges towards maintenance for Twelve months. The periods of this
maintenance shall commence from the date of completed installation and handing over of the
lift. The date of commencement of this service shall I remain firm irrespective of any delay in
building completion, availability of permanent power supply, inspection, taking over or
commencing use of the elevator.
Maintenance will consist of regular checkups and other necessary adjustment and lubrication
of the equipment by trained and competent personnel under our direction and supervision. The
required supplies and parts will be provided except such a part as may be necessary due to
negligence, misuse or accident not attributable to the manufacturing deficiencies of the product.
Upon your request, special inspection will be carried out should trouble develop between regular
inspection and you agree to notify us promptly of any such trouble. All work will be performed
during our regular working hours of our regular working days except for emergency and minor
adjustment callback service which will be provided during regularworking hours and also during
the overtime hours. No work or service other than the specifically mentioned is included or
intended under the terms and condition of this contract.
It is agreed that you shall continue to be the exclusive owner of the equipment and
thereby the possession or control thereof.
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to any cause beyond our reasonable
control including but not limited to acts of government, strikes, explosion, theft, floods, riots, civil
commotion, war, malicious mischief or act of God. Under no circumstances shall we be liable
for consequential damage.

WARRANTY: -
We Provide Twelve Months Warranty on our elevator (T&C apply).
The payment shall be made as mentioned below:
20% advance at the time of confirmation of the order
50% two weeks before dispatch of mechanical kit.
20% two weeks before dispatch of Electrical kit.
5% on handover.
5% on License.
Notes:
The above prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes; however, any statutoryvariation
shall be to your account.
The legal possession of the lift will transfer to you only when full payment is madeas per the
above agreement
The order once placed will not be refund in any case.

Fast and prompt after sales service warranty on electrical parts on continuation of AMC (AMC charges
extra). Hassel free maintenance. Fixed maintenance cost.
CIVIL AND ELECTRICAL WORK ARE PROVIDE BY OWNER
All civil work, 3 phase electric supply at machine room and single-phase electric supply in
elevator shaft and MCD/DDA permission and works shall be to your account.

copper wire 415VAC +OR~ 10%@50HZ+OR~3%
2. 16AMP MCCB For elevator lighting with ISI mark.

4. One plug point and one bulb holder with switches in the elevator shaft on each floor.
