Company Overview

ITG was established in Amman, Jordan in 1996. Its main activities are centered on
offering turnkey low voltage projects in Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Intrusion, CCTV, Card
Access, , and Sound Systems.

ITG has an in-house System Engineering Department, Installation Department, and a

Maintenance Department.

ITG remains focused on technology venture and product orientation for the specific segments of
the different markets.

ITG is capable of equipping public, private, and governmental institutions (i.e. banks and
offices) with the most technological advanced and state-of-the-art equipment. This includes a
wide range of Systems and specialized equipment.

The success of ITG has derived not only from its own potential, but most importantly from its

Honeywell Middle East FZE, a free zone entity established under the laws and regulations of the Jebel Ali Free Zone,
United Arab Emirates and acting through its Honeywell Fire and Commercial Security Business (“Honeywell FZE”),
confirm that at the date of this letter Ideal Trading Group Co. W.L.L., a company having its place of business at Al
Omer Commercial Center 3rd Floor, 9 Abdulla Bin Massoud Street, Al Shmezisani, P.O. Box 1032, Amman 11118,
Jordan (the “System Intergator”) is an authorised system integrator of Honeywell FZE for the X-618, Notifier, Xtralis
Fire, Honeywell EquIP & Maxpro, Intrusion Detection System, WIN-PAK Access Control System ,Winmag
Security management software and PRO-WATCH Access Control System products (the “Products”) in Jordan.

The System Intergator has received the following trainings on the Products: security systems design and engineering,
products selection, installation, testing and commissioning.

The non-exclusive system integrator agreement No: 068 dated 6 May 2020 and signed between Honeywell FZE and
System Integrator (the “Agreement”) shall continue in full force and effect until 30 March 2023, unless specified
