I. INTRODUCTION

Big Brew is a popular beverage brand in the Philippines, known for offering a
wide variety of refreshing drinks, from flavorful teas to rich coffees. With a strong
focus on quality ingredients, creative flavors, and excellent customer service, Big
Brew has built loyal customer base across the country. As the brand continues to
expand, they are excited to welcome business-minded individuals to join the Big
Brew family through their franchising program.

As a Big Brew franchise partner, you’ll have the chance to run your own
business with the support of a trusted and established brand. They provide complete
training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure your success. Whether you’re an
experienced entrepreneur or new to the business world, their franchise program is

II. BUSINESS BACKGROUND

Big Brew was founded in 2019 by Filipino businessman Rolando Garcia. After
officially launching operations early that year, the brand began its journey in the
beverage industry. In 2021, Big Brew expanded its reach by opening five additional
locations and transitioned into a franchise operation. They also established social
media accounts to gather customer feedback and increase their online presence.

In 2022, Big Brew gained even more popularity, to its high-quality products
and promotions by influencers like Albert Nicolas, also known as Asian Cutie. During
that year, they introduced the Praf and Fruit Tea series, which became a hit during
the summer. By 2023, Big Brew had grown to 50 branches nationwide, establishing
its reputation as one of the top-selling, budget-friendly milk tea and coffee shops in
the country. As they look forward to 2024, Big Brew plans to expand even further.

Big Brew Philippines started with the goal of offering high-quality, refreshing
drinks that fit the changing tastes of Filipino customers. Since then, it has become a
popular brand. As more people look for quick, quality drinks, Big Brew has made a
strong name for itself in the Philippine beverage market. By staying focused on
quality and trying new ideas, the brand has stayed competitive in a fast-moving
industry. Now, through franchising, Big Brew wants to bring its successful business to
