Important Information to the Pilg rims:
1. The reporting point for availing Seva is Supatham,Tirumala.
2. Pilgrims who book for Seva should bring the printed copy of their receipt
3. At the time of entry, all the pilgrims should carry seva ticket and shall produce the same original photo id proof during booking.
4. All the pilgrims shall report as per the prescribed time only and should not carry any luggage/electronic gadgets while reporting.
5. Pilgrims shall wear traditional dress only. Male: dhoti and upper cloth. Female: saree/Half saree/chudidar with Duppatta.
6. All the pilgrims in group ticket have to report together.
7. Entry with chappals/shoes is not permitted into the queue lines, mada streets and Temple.
8. Children [below 12 years] of age are not permitted for morning sevas [Thomala, Archana, Astadalam & Abhishekam].
9. Pilgrim(s) shall collect the Prasadam within 24 Hrs from the reporting time for Darshan/Seva.
10. All the bookings are final: postponement/ cancellation/advancement is not allowed.
11. TTD reserve the right of cancellation of seva/darshan under any circumstances.
12. Pilgrims with cardiac disease and other comorbidities like diabetes, hypertension are advised to avoid climbing uphill to Tirumala.
