DATE SUBMITTED March 11, 2022 SESSION _ 5 of _8_

My fourth art piece titled “Micro-Dangers,” which tackles on Marine Pollution, specially
microplastics. The painting shows the pollutants, which are plastics in this case, getting
thrown into the ocean and being eroded which turns into microplastics that the fishes can eat.
I was very proud of this painting, and I even labeled it to my self as my greatest piece so far.
I was able to capture the image in my mind perfectly, so I was pretty excited to post this
piece of mine.

When editing I felt so much excitement that I was able to finish it very fast. I was so
proud of myself with what I created. I was finally out of the negative thoughts I had in mind
from the previous months. I was so relieved that I also got good responses from the others
who has viewed my artwork. Because of this, I was so motivated to do the next artwork, and
to ease down my excitement, I painted more artworks that were not related to our theme and
kept it for myself.

This session made me realize that I was more than what I imagined of what I could be.
There were more sides of myself that were suppressed due to the fact that I was always
thinking about what the others were thinking of me and my doings. I was feeling so free that
I finally broke out of the negative mindset I had in the previous months.
