Dear Sister Anabel,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you with a heartfelt request concerning my
daughter, Krischaela Lleses Parillo, who is currently a [Grade 9/SPC] student at Our Lady of Peace School.
I understand that this may be an unusual request, but I kindly ask for your understanding and
support in granting my daughter an early release from school, as well as the opportunity to take her
final exams ahead of the scheduled dates or later when she is back to the Philippines. I am planning to
take her back with me to Singapore on Dec 2, 2024.
The reason for this request is that I need to take my daughter with me back to Singapore where
I currently resides and work, during which I hope to provide her with the guidance, discipline, and
personal counseling that I feel she truly needs at this point in her life. I believe that this time away will
allow me to address some personal matters and offer my daughter a focused environment for her
growth, which I feel is critical for her at this time.
I fully understand that her education is of utmost importance, and I would never want to
disrupt her academic progress thus the reason why I am working so hard overseas to provide a better
education and future. If possible, I kindly ask if arrangements could be made for her to take her final
exams earlier or later, so that she does not miss out on her academic responsibilities. I am more than
willing to cooperate with her teachers and school staff to ensure she completes all necessary
assignments and remains on track with her studies.
I am truly grateful for your understanding and consideration of this request. I know it may
present some challenges, and I am more than willing to discuss any necessary steps or provide any
documentation to support this. Please know that my sole intention is to ensure my daughter’s well-
being and her continued success, both academically and personally.
I humbly ask for your compassion and assistance in making this arrangement possible. Your
support would mean the world to me and my daughter, and I would be deeply thankful for your kind
understanding.
