I hope this letter finds you well. I am Rosalie R. Ali, a parent of a student from National
University, Rohaina Mae R. Ali, who is currently taking the program of BS Accounting
Information System wanting to express my intention to allow my daughter to transfer out. We’ve
decided that she will continue her studies in a different school after much deliberation and
consideration.
In addition, I am also aware of what will happen after the transferring of credentials. But this
decision will help my daughter to grow and learn more for her future. Furthermore, I am giving
my whole consent and support to my daughter's journey.

to express my intention to allow me and my decision to transfer out. I’ve decided that I will
continue my studies in a different school after much deliberation and consideration. Because I
needed a new environment to grow, learn, and be a better individual for my future.
In addition, I have read the student handbook and I am also aware of what will happen after the
transferring of credentials. Furthermore, I am wholeheartedly decided on this new journey that I
