INTRODUCTION:
New entertainment areas at the university may enhance student relaxation and
  well-being. Based on student interests and the need for stress relief, the following options
  are proposed: a gym, a meditation corner, and an indoor games area. Each option has
  been assessed for its benefits and practicality.
BENEFITS OF A GYM:
  Gym activity encourages students to maintain a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise.
  Physical activity is a proven method to reduce stress and improve mental health, so the
  students would feel more self confident and their concentration would improve -and
  consequently their grades too-. Accompanied by a meditation corner, this will create
  opportunities for students to approach their academic life with more peace of mind.
GAMES AREAS:
  Another option to an entertainment place to relax between or after lessons is to set up a
  game area that would encourage students to connect with peers in a casual, fun setting.
  And, ideally, games would put students’ minds into action.
CONCLUSION:
  Shared spaces reinforce the idea that students not only study at university, but can also
  distract themselves by having fun or training in their free time.
