Job Offer Letter
Dear Deepika,
SRP US Logistics is excited to bring you on board as an Enterprise Sales Executive. We are few
formalities away from getting down to work. Please take the time to review our Offer Letter. It includes
important details about your compensation, benefits, and terms and conditions.
Salary and Other Compensation
Company is offering you a CTC of INR 4,92,000 /- per annum. Your employment would be subject to the
Terms & Condition, mentioned in your appointment Letter, which will be issued to you on your joining day.
Your commencement of employment will be on or before July 06th, 2022.
Probation Period
You will be on probation for a period of three months from the date of joining. Upon satisfactory completion
of the probationary period, you will be considered a permanent employee. However, this period can be cut
short or extended based on the individual’s performance and at the discretion of the management with or
without any written notification.
Company Policies
You will be required to abide by existing company policies that pertain to your employment and such other
policies that are introduced during your employment. These policies will be briefed to you in the orientation.

Deductions
Deduction applicable: Transport Deduction (As applicable if any).
Training
You may need to undergo specific/designated trainings as a part of your employment. Such trainings are
aimed to present an opportunity to expand your knowledge base enhance your domain and product know-
how, and equip you for effective execution of all your job responsibilities. During the probation period, you
may need to undergo specific/designated trainings as a part of your employment. Successful completion
of the training and probation period is critical for confirmation of your employment.
Leave Policy:
Rules for employees during probation period: During the probationary period, there will be no entitlement of
any kind of leave until unless there’s an emergency.
Leave rules for confirmed employees: You will be allowed to have one paid leave per month. Any other
leave if availed will be treated as without pay (LWP).
Leave without Pay (LWP) Policy: Leave without Pay (LWP) can be applied when no other leave is available
and you will not be entitled for any pay or allowance during that period. LWP must be taken with prior
approval. You must send an email to apply for LWP to your manager and keep Jagan Bhullar (Director) and
HR Manager in cc.
Leave during notice period: While serving notice period, no leave (except pending Earned Leave but not
more than 3 consecutive days can be availed).
Documents Required
The offer made to you subject to the following pre-conditions without fulfilling which your offer may be treated
as null and void. You will be required to submit, the following set of documents on your date of joining.
a) Four passport size colour photographs.
b) Photocopy of higher education certificates along with the originals for verification.
c) Photocopy of previous company’s appointment letter, experience letter / relieving letter along
with the originals for the verifications.

d) Photocopy of last three month’s salary transactions / bank statement reflecting last three month’s
salary transactions along with originals for verifications.
e) Photocopy of Pan Card & Aadhar Card
f) Photocopy first page of Passbook / Cancelled Cheque
Orientation
On the day of your joining, you are requested to meet with the HR for all the joining formalities at our Mohali
office at 05:30 p.m. (Address: # Plot No. 605, Industrial Area Phase 9, SAS Nagar Mohali, email:
hr@bestbaylogistics.com, Contact number: +91 9779178726). You will be given a brief orientation on the
same day.
