Ek Entrepreneur Ki Kahani

Ek zamaane mein, ek chota sa sheher tha jahan ek ladka rehta tha. Uska naam Raj tha. Raj ka sapna
tha apna khud ka business shuru karna. Usne suna tha ki “Entrepreneur” ek French word se aaya hai
“entreprendre,” jo matlab hai “kuch naya shuru karna.” Raj ko yaad aaya ki 1755 mein economist
Richard Cantillon ne kaha tha ki entrepreneur woh hota hai jo risk uthata hai aur naye business shuru
karta hai. Yeh sunkar Raj ne decide kiya ki woh bhi apna naya venture shuru karega.

Par yeh sab itna aasan nahi tha. Uske dost Mohit ne Harvard professor Howard Stevenson ki
definition sunayi: “Entrepreneur woh hota hai jo naye opportunities dekh kar bhi yeh nahi sochta ki
uske paas resources nahi hain. Woh apne resourcefulness se sab kuch possible kar sakta hai.” Raj ko
yeh definition sun kar motivation mili.

Phir usne Joseph Schumpeter ke bare mein padha, jo keh rahe the ki entrepreneurs sirf naye
businesses nahi shuru karte, balki woh social change agents hote hain. Woh naye ideas lekar aate
hain aur purani cheezein obsolete karte hain, jaise Steve Jobs aur Elon Musk ne kiya. Yeh sunkar Raj
ko samajh aaya ki entrepreneur banna sirf business shuru karna nahi, balki kuch naya, kuch unique
karna hota hai.

Raj ne socha ki akhir itne saare log entrepreneur kyun ban rahe hain aaj kal? Usne reason dhoondhna
shuru kiya:

1. Naye technology aur globalization ne naye business ke darwaze khole hain.

2. Log corporate naukriyon se bore ho gaye hain aur apni life ka malik khud banna chahte hain.

3. Badi companies logon ko nikaal rahi hain aur log khud ke business shuru kar rahe hain.

4. Choti companies ab flexible hain aur nayi technology ko jaldi adopt kar sakti hain.

5. Government bhi naye startups ko promote kar rahi hai.

6. Aur sabse badi baat, Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg jaise log ab youth ke inspiration ban gaye
hain.

Raj ne apne aap se poocha, “Kya mujhme woh entrepreneurial mindset hai?” Usne dekha ki
entrepreneur banne ke liye kuch specific mindset hone chahiye:

• Structural Thinking: Ek entrepreneur ko technology aur market ko sirf surface level par nahi,
balki deeper level par samajhna chahiye. Usse har jagah naye opportunities dekhni chahiye,
jaise ek technology space stations ke liye bani hai, lekin usse school ke bachon ki learning
difficulties solve kar sakti hai.

• Bricolage: Jab resources kam hote hain toh entrepreneur ko jo bhi resources uske paas hain,
unka best use karna aana chahiye.

• Effectuation: Corporations pehle decide karte hain ki kya achieve karna hai aur phir
resources kharidte hain. Par entrepreneur ke paas kam resources hote hain, isliye woh pehle
apne resources dekhte hain aur decide karte hain ki unse kya achieve kar sakte hain.

• Cognitive Adaptability: Entrepreneurs ko apne soch ko har situation ke hisaab se adjust

karna aana chahiye, questions puchhne chahiye jaise, “Kya yeh nayi opportunity purani se
different hai?” ya “Is market mein naye strategy kaise adopt karni chahiye?”
Raj ko yeh sab padke samajh aaya ki ek entrepreneur ko mindset ke alawa kuch qualities bhi chahiye
hote hain, jaise initiative lena, calculated risk uthana, determination hona, innovative hona aur
resourceful hona.

Usne dekha ki entrepreneurs alag-alag types ke hote hain:

• Innovative Entrepreneur: Jaise Elon Musk, jo har cheez mein innovation lekar aata hai.

• Adaptive Entrepreneur: Jo existing products ko thoda aur improve karte hain.

• Technological Entrepreneur: Scientists ya engineers jo apni technology ko commercialize

karte hain, jaise Google ke founders.

• Woman Entrepreneur: Jo mahilayein khud ke businesses shuru kar rahi hain jaise Nykaa ki
founder.

• Family Business Entrepreneur: Jo apne family business ko grow karte hain.

• Social Entrepreneur: Jo samaj mein positive impact lane ke liye business karte hain, jaise
Mitticool.

Raj ne decide kiya ki woh apna business shuru karega. Usne market research kiya, viable business
model banaya aur ek solid business plan likha. Usne lean startup principles use kiye, jahan pehle ek
minimum viable product (MVP) launch kiya aur phir customer feedback liya.

Finally, usne yeh sab kuch implement kiya aur dekha ki ek successful entrepreneur banne ke liye sirf
ek plan nahi, balki usko sahi tareeke se implement karna aur hamesha apne aap ko improve karna
zaroori hai.

Aur is tarah, Raj ne apne entrepreneurial journey ki shuruaat ki, ek naye mindset aur determination
ke saath. Tum bhi kal apne exam mein isi mindset ke saath answers likhna, jaise ek entrepreneur
apne goals ko achieve karta hai!

Business Failures Avoid Karne Ki Kahani

Ek din Raj ne apne mentor se poocha, “Sir, bohot saare businesses fail kyun ho jaate hain? Kya
entrepreneurs ko isse bachne ka koi tareeka hai?” Uske mentor ne kaha, “Bilkul hai! Bas tujhe kuch
cheezein dhyaan mein rakhni hongi.”

Mentor ne kaha:

1. Know your business in depth – Raj ko har ek aspect ko detail mein samajhna hoga, market
research se lekar competitors ki strategy tak, sab kuch.

2. Viable Business Model Build Karna – Ek solid business model aur uska testing karna zaroori
hai. Just ek idea hona kaafi nahi.

3. Lean Startup Principles – Minimum Viable Product (MVP) launch karo aur customers se
feedback lo. Phir uske basis pe apne product ko improve karo.

4. Course Correction Karna Sikho – Agar tumhe lag raha hai ki business galat direction mein ja
raha hai, toh adapt karo aur sahi decisions lo.
5. Solid Business Plan Banayein – Business plan ek road map ki tarah hota hai. Investors ko bhi
impress karne ke liye yeh zaroori hai.

6. Manage Financial Resources – Suru mein paisa profit se nahi, savings se aayega. Isliye cash
flows ko manage karna seekho.

7. Financial Statements Samjho – Business ki position aur condition ko samajhna hoga, tabhi
toh pata chalega ki business loss mein hai ya profit mein.

8. Right Team Build Karo – Ek acchi team success ka foundation hoti hai.

9. Manage Logon Ko Effectively – Sirf apna passion dikhana nahi, balki team ko inspire aur
motivate karna bhi aana chahiye.

10. Competition Mein Alag Dikhna – Apna unique selling point (USP) dhundo aur us par focus
karo.

11. Positive Attitude Rakho – Hamesha positive socho aur har problem ka solution dhoondho.

Mentor ne Raj ko samjhaya, “Har business failure ek learning opportunity hoti hai. Seekho, adapt
karo, aur phir se shuru karo.”

Commercial vs. Social Entrepreneurship Ki Kahani

Ek aur din, Raj ko confusion hua, “Sir, Commercial aur Social Entrepreneurship mein kya difference
hai?”

Mentor muskurate hue bole, “Raj, yeh dono ek hi sikke ke do pehlu hain. Samajhne ke liye, imagine
karo ek taraf hai Commercial Entrepreneur, jaise koi businessman jo sirf profit kamana chahta hai.
Iska focus hota hai apne product ya service ko bechkar maximum revenue generate karna, jaise koi
mobile company ya restaurant chain.”

“Doosri taraf hai Social Entrepreneur. Yeh woh hota hai jo society ke liye positive change lana chahta
hai. Uska main focus profit nahi hota, balki social impact hota hai. Jaise ‘Mitticool’ jise ek potter ne
banaya, taki rural areas ke log bhi affordable refrigerators use kar sakein. Aur bhi examples hain, jaise
Grameen Bank jo poor people ko microloans deta hai.”

Raj ko yeh difference samajh aaya:

1. Commercial Entrepreneurship:

o Motive: Profit kamana.

o Approach: Market demand par focus aur maximum revenue generation.

o Example: Apple, McDonald's, Reliance.

2. Social Entrepreneurship:

o Motive: Social issues solve karna aur community ko empower karna.

o Approach: Profits secondary hain. Primary focus community upliftment par hota hai.

o Example: Amul (dairy farmers ko empower karna), Grameen Bank (microfinance).

Mentor ne finally kaha, “Raj, ek sahi entrepreneur woh hota hai jo yeh samajhta hai ki kab
commercial focus rakhna chahiye aur kab social values ko dhyaan mein rakhte hue business karna
chahiye.”
