17-10-2023 to 16:00 hrs to 18-10-2023 07:30 hrs - Report Submission.

With reference to cited above, it is to furnish the detailed information regarding
accident occurred to Sri.Pittala Rahul s/o.Mallesh ,age:22 y,Caste:Nayakpodu
r/o.Edlapally(V) electrical accident occurred between 17-10-2023 to 16:00 hrs to 18-10-
2023 07:30 hrs at Edlapally (v) of Malhararao (Section) of Kataram Sub Division.
In continuation to the above, the accident location was inspected by the Asst.
Engineer/Op/Koyyur on 21.10.2023 at the accident site, it is observed that , while
deceased Sri. Pittala Rahul s/o . Mallesh , age: 22 years ,Caste : Nayakpodu
r/o.Edlapally (V) unfortunately deceased came in contact with electric wire having power
supply which was setup by some un-known persons in forest area of Edlapally village
with an intention for hunting the wild animals.

It is also furnish that, as requested vide reference cited above,
1. At the time of incident the wire lead to the accident having electric supply
HV(High Voltage) 11KV) 11 KV Edlapally feeder emanating from 33/11KV SS
Koyyur which is passing through nearby accident area.
2. Accident occurred between 17-10-2023 to 16:00 hrs to 18-10-2023 07:30 hrs, at
the location it is observed that, the supply tapped from R-Ph of HV 11KV 3-ph
supply of 11KV Koyyur feeder and it may cause death of a person.
3. Deceased Pittala Rahul s/o.Mallesh ,age:22 y ,Caste:Nayakpodu r/o.Edlapally
(V) unfortunately deceased contact with electric wire having power supply which
was setup by some un-known persons in forest area of Edlapally village with an
intention for hunting the wild animals, and deceased got electrocuted.
4. It is observed the scene of offence, where electric wire having power supply
which was setup by some un-known persons in forest area of Edlapally village
with an intention for Protect pady fields from wild animals is illegal.
