* The Vice Chancellor and the Deputy V, Chancellor is the Chief exccutive officer of the University,

providing institutional leadership and oversight, developing and driving the mission, strategies and

advancement of the university and acting as the chief advocate, the Principal Ambassador and

Principal Voice of the university.

* Define the University's strategic vision, mandate and direction, and identify opportunities to

advance and deliver on that vision.

* Lead the setting of the University goals and the determination of priorities and allocation of

resources to meet those goals.

*Lead the creation, implementation and compliance and University's strategic policy framework.

* Oversight the Development and the implementation of the university comprehensive

University Plan.

* Develop and maintain position and productive relationship with a wide range of internal and

external stakeholders, including the Board, the Senate, faculty, Students, staff, and community

leaders.

* Academic Affairs is an institutional office that oversees a variety of academic programs and

departiment at a University.

* Support curriculum inítiatives, faculty hiring and promotion events, faculty research and teaching

* Provides strategic and operational leadership and accountability for academic Affairs and Students

affairs and administration applications.

* Serves as key liaison across departments to provide strategic direction, communication,

* Management of staff and operations of the office of the registrar

* Supervises the registrar of the continuing and incoming undergraduate students, transfer credit, and
Degree evaluation.

*Ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of current and former students,

and facilities effective Students registration process

*Manages transcript evaluation and processing.

* Developing and maintaining degree audit system and certificate of Students for graduation clearance

*Provides ongoing management of central office budgets as well as the annual budgeting
