 Principal Voice of the university.
* Define the University's strategic vision, mandate and direction, and identify opportunities to
 advance and deliver on that vision.

 resources to meet those goals.
*Lead the creation, implementation and compliance and University's strategic policy framework.

University Plan.

 external stakeholders, including the Board, the Senate, faculty, Students, staff, and community
leaders.
