An Introduction to
Tarot
History
In ancient times, most people did not read or write, and so symbols were used
instead of words to convey information.
The key was to remain a secret knowledge that was exclusively transmitted by
words of mouth from one generation to the next.
The most common theories go to ancient Egypt and the Thoth (the Counselor
of Osiris).
A common myth is that tarot was brought to Europe by the Gypsies, while the
first clear historical references say the cards appeared in Europe around the
fourteenth century as a game known as Tarrochi.
Character Analysis
Glimpses of Future
Helping in Meditation
The first time when you go to buy a Tarot deck from the market, select one that you are most
attracted to.
After you have bought your Tarot, wrap it in a piece of a cloth (it should be pure silk or pure
cotton or pure velvet); while choosing the colour of the cloth, take the most Spiritual colour in
the nature, never take shades of Black/Red/White. Purple is highly recommended.
After you have wrapped the deck once, you can't open it until & unless 7 days are over. After
wrapping the Tarot deck in the cloth keep it in the temple of your house, for 1 day (24 hrs).
After the 3rd step is over you have to sleep with your cards for 7 days, meaning when you go
to sleep keep the cards beside your pillow. So that they will absorb your personal energies so
that they become uniquely yours.
General Rules
During this procedure for 7 days you might not get sleep/ you might get some dream good or
bad. You will feel uneven but sometimes some people don't have any above symptoms, need
not need to worry it is normal.
Within these 7 days if u get any dream that cards are telling you to open them Or cards
personally talk to you and says you to open the deck , then you have to open. After this you
can keep rewrapped deck in then wooden case or a pouch which is of velvet/silk/cotton.
You can keep your Tarot deck in your house temple, in the drawer but nothing should be
there in the drawer apart from deck, can even keep them in the cupboard. Keep the deck
away from synthetic or plastic materials, and make sure not to hang it.

Do Don’t
Tarot cards are sensitive tools, so it is important that they are handled carefully. To clean the cards,
apply any of the following methods,
Prayer -
Dear God, the Goddess, and the Archangel Michael, please clear this deck from all
kinds of negativity, lower energies, and psychic attacks.
Tarot Cards
The cards need to be charged for fluid reading so imagine a white light coming from the divine into your deck and say
the following prayers (you can also keep selenite on top of your cards) :
Reading for Yourself : “Dear God, Goddess, Archangels and my Guardian Angels, please create an energy grid in
such a manner so that I am fully protected during the entire session from any kind of lower energies, unnecessary
thoughts. Please answer my questions through these cards so that I may get more clarity on the path ahead, this
or better. Thank you.”
Reading for Others : “Dear God, Goddess, the Archangels and Guardian angels of ________ you have send this
person over here as you want to answer the questions that has been going on in her/his mind. Please answer
these questions with clarity so that he/she can move ahead with confidence. Please help us to understand every
small or big message that you are giving clearly. During this entire session please protect us from all kinds of
negativity, lower energies and psychic attacks, this or better. Thank you.”
Tarot Cards
If a Client asks “Will I clear the exams?”, you should ask the cards “Dear God, and the Goddess,
will my Client pass their exams in the year 2015?”. The reasoning is that if the Client can pass
their exams in 2015, they will be able to do so in the following year of 2016 as well.
Always start a question with “Dear God, the Goddess, and my Client’s Guardian Angels, my
Client wants to know about _______, please give them a clear message.”
