Warranty
“We have an honest, no nonsense warranty on both new and overhauled fuel cells. In plain and
simple terms, the fuel cell is warranted against failure that occurs within the stated warranty period
no matter who owns it! Should you ever need to use this warranty, just give us a call and follow the
instructions below. No gimmicks... just the best warranty in the business!”

Limited Warranty

Eagle Fuel Cells-ETC, Inc. (EFC) warrants fuel cells against failure from the date of purchase or

RH FUSELAGE 6600028-4, 2 New PMA’d 5 years *

Overhauled Up to 5 years as stated on the release statement or invoice.
RH FUSELAGE 6600080-6, 2 Repaired Up to 5 years as stated on the release statement or invoice.
Clean & Tested Up to 5 years as stated on the release statement or invoice.
LEARJET 24, 24A, 24B, 24B-A, 24C, 24D, 24D-A, 24E, 24F, & 24F-A
24-100 thru 24-139 LH FUSELAGE 6600080-5, 1 * New cells are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and may be serviced through EFC.

(Except model 24E) 24-140 & UP LH FUSELAGE 6600099-3, 1 This limited warranty shall not apply to any fuel cell that has been:

repaired or altered by others in any manner subsequent to the date of purchase or service from EFC, or
subject to accident, damage, negligence, or misuse, or
LEARJET 25, 25A, 25B, 25C, 25D & 25F

specied by EFC as having no warranty, express or implied.

(Models 25C & 25F only) 25-061, 25-067 & UP LH FWD FUSELAGE 6600160-1 EFC may repair cells that fall under the above exclusions at its own option as “Goodwill” but is under no obligation.

LEARJET 28 The exclusive remedy for the above warranties shall be limited to either a credit up to the amount paid to

EFC for repairs to the fuel cell or the repair or replacement of the fuel cell at EFC’s discretion when the

The fuel cell must be shipped prepaid to Eagle Fuel Cells, 853 Adams Road, Eagle River, WI 54521 with
proof of purchase from EFC, such as a copy of the invoice or release statement, and a description of the

problem. All charges pertaining to the fuel cell not covered under this warranty shall be the responsibility

Limitation of Liability

There are no other warranties or representations by EFC of any kind, expressed or implied, and no such
warranties shall be implied by law. These warranties do not cover the cost of removal or installation.

LH AFT FUSELAGE 6600316-9 Except as to any liability which may be established under the limited warranty and remedy set forth above,
