SECTION 4: FIRST AID MEASURES
Inhalation: Move to fresh air. Give oxygen. If breathing is irregular or stopped, administer artificial respiration. Seek medical attention immediately.
Skin Contact: Take off all contaminated clothing immediately. Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water. Wash contaminated clothing before
re-use. If skin irritation persists, call a physician.
Eye Contact: Remove contact lenses. Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. If eye irritation persists,
consult a specialist.
Ingestion: Do NOT induce vomiting. Do not give liquids. Seek medical attention immediately. If vomiting does occur naturally, keep head below the hips
to reduce the risks of aspiration. Monitor for breathing difficulties. Small amounts of material which enter the mouth should be rinsed out until the tase
is dissipated.
Notes to Physician:
Symptoms: Dizziness, Discomfort, Headache, Nausea, Disorder, Vomiting, Liver disorders, Kidney disorders, Aspiration may cause pulmonary enema and
pneumonitis.
SECTION 5: FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
General Fire Hazards: Vapours may be ignited rapidly when exposed to heat, spark, open flame, or other sources of ignition. When mixed with air and
exposed to an ignition source, flammable vapours can burn in the open or explode in confined spaces. Being heavier than air, vapours may travel long
distances to an ignition source and flash back. Runoff to sewer may cause fire or explosion hazard.
Hazardous Combustion Products: Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and non-combusted hydrocarbons (smoke).
Extinguishing Media:
SMALL FIRES: Any dry chemical, carbon dioxide, or foam extinguisher.
LARGE FIRES: Water spray, fog, or firefighting foam. Water may be ineffective for fighting the fire, buy may be used to cool fire-exposed containers.
Special Protective Actions for Fire-Fighters: For fires beyond the initial stage, emergency responders in the immediate hazard area should wear protective
clothing. When the potential chemical hazard is unknown, in enclosed or confined spaces, a self-contained breathing apparatus should be worn. In
addition, wear other appropriate protective equipment as conditions warrant. Isolate the hazard area and deny entry to unnecessary and unprotected
personnel. Stop spill/release if it can be done safely. Move undamaged containers from immediate hazard area it can be done safely. Water spray may
be useful in minimizing or dispersing vapours and to protect personnel. Cool equipment exposed to fire with water if it can be done safely. Avoid spreading
burning liquid with water used for cooling purposes.
SECTION 6: ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Personal Precautions: Remove all possible sources of ignition in the surrounding area and evacuate all personnel. Ventilate contaminated area
thoroughly. Do not breathe vapor, mists. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing.
Personal Protection: Wear protective clothing, PVC or nitrite rubber gloves, safety shoes or boots, and chemical resistant mono-goggle.
Environmental Precaution: Prevent from entering drains or water supplies. In case of spillage at sea, use approved dispersants authorized by the
regulatory authorities to minimize environmental contamination. Contact the regulatory authorities in the event of spillages.
Clean-Up Methods (Small Spillage): Absorb or contain liquid with sand, earth, or spill control material. Shovel up and place in a labelled sealable container
for subsequent safe disposal. Do not disperse using water.

SECTION 7: HANDLING AND STORAGE
Precautionary Measures: Liquid evaporates and forms vapor (fumes) which can catch fire and burn with explosive force. Invisible vapor spreads easily
and can be set on fire by many sources such as pilot lights, welding equipment, and electrical motors and switches. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on
clothing. Do not taste or swallow. Do not breathe vapour or fumes. Wash thoroughly after handling.
General Handling Information: Avoid contaminating soil or releasing this material into sewage and drainage systems and bodies of water.
Static Hazard: Electrostatic charge may accumulate and create a hazardous condition when handling this material. To minimize this hazard, bonding and
grounding may be necessary but may not, by themselves, be sufficient. Review all operations which have the potential of generating and accumulating
an electrostatic charge and/or a flammable atmosphere and use appropriate mitigating procedures.
General Storage Information: Do not use or store near heat, sparks, flames, or hot surfaces. Use and store only in well-ventilated area. Keep container
closed when not in use.
SECTION 8: EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION
Engineering Measures: Use adequate ventilation to keep gas and vapour concentrations of this product below flammability limits, particularly in confined
spaces.
Respiratory Protection: Not normally required. In a confined space, self-contained breathing apparatus may be required.
Eye Protection: Safety glasses, goggles, or a face shield are recommended where there is a possibility of splashing or spraying.
Hand Protection: Gloves constructed of nitrile, neoprene, or PVC are recommended.
Other Protective Clothing: Wear overall to minimize contamination of personal clothing. It is also recommended to wear safety shoes or boots.
