8-Channel AC Input Module

• Masibus 8-Channel AC Input Module is designed to interface variety of
Analog signals from Field Power terminals to automation units like 8-CHANNEL AC INPUT MODULE
PLC/DCS/SCADA.
• The module has wide AC input and DC output ranges, to match various
customer requirements.
• It is available in compact footprints in 35mm DIN rail mounting. Its input
and output connections are labeled for easy installation, operation and
maintenance.
• This module provides up to 1.5KVAC galvanic isolation between input,
output and supply for rugged, stable and reliable operations.
• It has 18-36VDC auxiliary power supply. These modules are validated to
be used even in harsh environment up to 50˚C ambient temperature and
95% relative humidity (Non-condensing)

APPLICATION
• Industrial process control
• Factory automation

SAFETY AND WARNING

Connection details:
To ensure that the device can be operated safely
and all functions can be used, please read these Connection details of MAS-DX-08-D-XX
instructions carefully.
Caution: Never carry out work when the
Power is turned on, this is dangerous.

Installation and startup must be carried out by

qualified personnel only. The relevant country-specific
regulations (e.g., VDE, DIN) must also be observed.
Before startup it is particularly important to ensure:
• Terminal wiring:
Check that all cables are correctly connected Note: Connect DC(+) to (+) terminal and
according to the connection diagram. DC(-) to (-)terminal as shown on terminal.
• The mains has been connected correctly and
protection is provided against electric shock. Connecting Cable:

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Unit Not Turning ON?
The problem can be bad connection / power of
incorrect rating.
First check, power on terminal of the instrument; if it
is not present, then the fault is in power chord.
One must take care while dealing with Power
wirings because it may create electrical shock.

Unstable/Vague Reading
Check for loose connections.
Output not matching with the expected value
It is a normal tendency to doubt the instrument
performance, when the Output is not matching the
