Check vacuum pump oil hoses for dames.
Check the radiator hoses for damage and proper connection.
Check air cleaner element for clogging and damge.
Check the engine coolant condition and level.
Check the brake or clutch fluid and power steering fluid level and condition.
Check/ Adjust the brake pedal and clutch pedal for free play.
Check or top-up the battery elcetrolyte level and terminals for loose connections or corrosion.
Check the battery clamp.
Check the suspension system for looseness and damages.
Check the suspension arm ball joints for play and dust covers for damages.
Check the drive shaft boots for damages.
Check the steering linkage for damages and loose connections (including seals and boots).
Check the gear oil level in manual transmission (including the transfer case).
Check the gear oil level in front and rear axles.
Check the exhaust pipe connections or installation for gas leakages or damages.
Tighten underchassis bolts / nuts.
Check / adjust the parking brake stroke and play.
Check the brake hoses and pipes for leakages.
Check the fuel hoses and pipes for leakages.
Check the tire wear, tread depth, inflation pressure, center cap and tire valve cap.
Check the windshield wiper nozzle and blade.
Check the condition and function of all exterior lamps.
Check the condition and function of all interior lamps.
Check the instrument panel lamp.
Check all instrument panel meters and gauges.
Check the function of all power windows, power mirrors and power door locks.
Check the front and rear wipers in all ranges.
Check the horn.
Check the warning buzzer and power antenna.
