At every maintenance period visit of vehicle, connect with diagnostic program to vehicle then reset maintenance interval, check
DTC and clear passive codes, upgrade modules if available.
5.000 km / 100 Engine Hour is tolerance for engine maintenance and km based fixed maintenance.
Engine oil, oil filters, fuel filters, air outer filter must be replaced at each 18 months notwithstanding mileage.
APU filter must be replaced at each 24 months notwithstanding mileage.
Transmission oil change, each 450K km / 3 year (Whichever comes first)
DPF will be replaced at 600K km / 15.000 Engine Hour (whichever comes first).
Valve clearance control will be performed at each 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th and going on engine maintenance with 25C074 FG labor code.
Each Labor Code is given for each unit (for example, wheel maintenance labor is valid for one Axle & one side)
*Differential oil change for 510 Type Axle is each 150K km / 1 year (whichever comes first) and for 470 Type Axle is each 450K km /
3 years (whichever comes first).
** Drive Axle wheel maintenance is only performed for 510 Type Axle. It is life time free maintenance for 470 Type Axle wheels.
***Front axle wheel bearing is maintenance free for front axle disc brake vehicle after NM0LKXTP6LKY97456 VIN (after
29/06/2019 production).
