Dear Ma’am / Sir,
Sub.: Request for cancellation of Unit No. TW-20-0302 in the project M3M GOLF Hills at Sector-79,
Gurugram and refund of money, pursuant to such cancellation
This is in reference to Unit No. TW-20-0302 in M3M Golf Hills Project (‘GOLF HILLS-79 ’) which was
allotted to me vide allotment letter dated 01-07-2024
As mentioned therein, due to certain personal problems and financial constraints, I am unable to
continue with this booking any further and had requested you to kindly cancel the above mentioned
booking / unit. Till date, I have paid a sum of Rs. 9,04,000/- (“Nine Lakhs Four Thousand Rupees
”) towards booking of the Unit. I understand that upon cancellation of my booking, the Company is
entitled to forfeit the amounts as per the terms of booking however it is requested that the amounts
paid subject to applicable deductions (if any) be refunded to me. It is thus requested that an amount
Rs.9,04,000 /- (“Nine Lakhs Four Thousand Rupees ”, (‘Refundable Amount’) be refunded to me and
the allotment of the Unit be cancelled.
Further to above, I hereby confirm and undertake that no lien, encumbrance, third party right /
interest, whether in word / action or otherwise, has been created in respect of the said Unit.
Moreover, the said unit is free from any attachment, whether by court or any statutory authority.
I undertake to return all the original documents issued by the Company with respect to the Unit and
acknowledge that the Company will be free to deal with the Unit as it deems fit.
Upon receipt of such refund, I confirm and agree that I shall have no interest remaining and shall not
claim any right in the above mentioned Unit.
