Sub: TERMINATION OF Your booking/allotment in Godrej Woodside Estate
Reference: Unit No: GWSEPB0394

In continuation of our termination letter dated 1th March, 2025, whereby we had cancelled the
allotment of your Flat/Apartment/Unit. Accordingly, an amount of Rs. 26,01,669/- {Rupees Twenty
Six Lakh One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Nine Rupees And Zero Paisa Only) towards Earnest Money,
interest on delayed payments and other charges as per the agreed terms, stands forfeited.

Please also note that we are entitled to sell/transfer/otherwise deal with the Plot/Flat/Unit as we may
deem fit and proper at our sole discretion, without any further recourse to you and you have no
further claim, right, title or interest of any nature whatsoever in respect of the same. Accordingly, all
letters, mutual understandings and writings, in connection with the Flat/Apartment/Unit stand
cancelled and withdrawn.

For the detailed calculation of the amount forfeited, please refer to the annexure attached hereto.

This is without prejudice to our right to claim damages from you for losses suffered by us by reason of
your breach of contract, which we reserve.
