The above Vendor will abide by the rules and guidelines framed by the CBRE behalf of
ASBL SPIRE during the period of their interior work in my Flat and you may hold me
responsible for any loss/damage to the property of ASBL SPIRE and any payments in
lieu thereof will be paid by me.
All Electrical meters under pre-paid mode and will be activated upon client’s handing over of his/her
respective flat. Billing will be done from the date of handing over.
This Letter is valid when carried with valid proof and Photo ID card.
