Please accept this letter as my formal notification that I am resigning from my position as Branch Sales
Representative with DES Appliance Plaza, Inc. Oroquieta Branch effective on March 6, 2020.

This was not easy decision and took a lot of consideration but I believe that this step will further my
growth and development in my career and one that I hope you will understand and support.

I would like to take this privilege to thank you for the learning experience I have gained here and for the
professional and personal development that you have provided me during the last thirteen years and
three months. It has been a pleasure and honor working with the company and I am sincerely grateful
for all the support I received during my tenure.
