Notice for Round-3 Online Counselling
In continuation to the advertisement Adv.No.BCECEB(PGDAC)-2024/06 & 2024/07 dated : 09.08.2024, Rank Cards
of all candidates who have duly submitted Fresh Online Application Form as well as who have given their Willingness for
participating in Round-3 Counselling of PGDAC-2024 in between dated 10.08.2024 to 14.08.2024, have been uploaded on
Board's website : bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates are advised to download their Rank Card of PGDAC-2024 by clicking
the link “Rank Card of Round-3 Counselling of PGDAC-2024’’ by submitting their PGDAC ID and Date of Birth.
After downloading the rank card, candidates have to do choice filling for online counselling. For online choice
filling, all eligible candidates are required to click on link ‘’Online Counselling Portal of PGDAC-2024’’.
2. The updated Seat Matrix for PGDAC-2024 Counselling has been uploaded on Board's Website.
3. Such candidates who have joined / taken admission on the basis of AIQ (up to Round-2 Counselling) are not eligible
for PGDAC-2024 Round-3 Counselling.
4. In the light of Adv.No.BCECEB(PGDAC)-2024/03 dated : 16.07.2024, 2024/04 dated : 25.07.2024 and 2024/05
dated: 28.07.2024, candidates who have been allotted a seat and has taken admission by verifying their documents on
their respective Seat / Institution on the basis of Round-1 / Round-2 Counselling are not eligible for Round-3
Counselling.
5. In the light of Adv.No.BCECEB(PGDAC)-2024/01 & 2024/02 dated : 07.07.2024, candidates who have duly submitted
the online Application Form and obtained PGDAC ID but has not been allotted any seat on the basis of Round-1 /
Round-2 Counselling or have been allotted a seat through Round-1 / Round-2 Counselling but taken free exit or who
have been allotted a seat but due to any reason they have not completed the Counselling process had given their
Willingness for participating in Round-3 Counselling of PGDAC-2024 as per Adv. no. BCECEB(PGDAC)-2024/06
& 2024/07 dated : 09.08.2024 are eligible for Round-3 Counselling if found eligible.
All such candidates will have to login to their account of online counselling portal by clicking the link
"Online Counselling Portal of PGDAC-2024" available on Board's website and will fill Fresh Choices for
Round-3 Counselling as their previous filled choices has became "Null & Void". It is mandatory to do Fresh
Choice Filling.
6. In the light of Adv.No.BCECEB(PGDAC)-2024/06 & 2024/07 dated : 09.08.2024, candidates who have duly submitted
Fresh Online Application Form for Round-3 Counselling of PGDAC-2024 are eligible for Round-3 Counselling if
found eligible.
All such candidates will have to login to their account of online counselling portal by clicking the link
"Online Counselling Portal of PGDAC-2024" available on Board's website and will fill Fresh Choices for
Round-3 Counselling. It is mandatory to do Fresh Choice Filling.
7. Such candidates who have been allotted a seat through Round-2 Counselling and given their upgradation as "Yes" for
Round-3 counselling and completed Document Verification process, they can also edit their previous filled choices
but can not remove their Round-2 allotted Choice from the choice list by login to their account of online counselling
portal by clicking the link "Online Counselling Portal of PGDAC-2024" available on Board's website.
8. For Choice filling, candidates are required to do the registration for password creation on counselling portal. Then
using their User ID & Password login in their account, candidates have to fill in choices of Course and Institution /
Colleges in order of preference. Once choices are filled in, it can be modified before locking it. For this candidates
have to click on "Unlock Choices" button after authentication / verification of obtained OTP on their Registered
Mobile no. and email, and can modify their choices till last date of choice locking. During the choice locking period
it is necessary to lock the choices to get a print of their submitted choices. If candidate does not lock the choice
submitted, their choice will be automatically locked on notified date at notified time, however candidate will be
allowed to take a print of their choices after locking, but he / she will not be permitted to modify choices after locking.
Note : Registration for Choice filling, Choice locking & unlocking process will be done through OTP authentication only
which will be sent on Registered Mobile & email of the candidates which can not be changed in any circumstances.
9. The list of finally filled in choices will be sent to candidates on their Registered Mobile no. & email before seat
allotment result.
10. The seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit-cum-choice basis. Merit list and Rank Card for Round-3 will
be made available on Board’s website on 17.08.2024 .
11. Provisional Seat Allotment Result will be published on 25.08.2024. All eligible candidates are advised to login
their account in schedule period of date & time and view the provisionaly allotted seat result and download their
provisional allotment order.
In case candidate is allotted seat during Round-3 seat allotment, he/she has to report physically at reporting centre
for Document Verification. After document verification if he is found eligible will take admission as per programme
given below and as per rule mentioned in PGDAC-2024 Prospectus.
12. If any candidates who have been allotted (Fresh / Retained / Upgraded) seat in Round-3 but due to any reason could 2
not report to reporting centre for document verification within prescribed date or appeared for document verification
but do not take admission on their Round-3 allotted seat or found not eligible during document verification due to any
discrepancy, then their paid Security Deposit amount will be forfeited and the allotted seat will be cancelled.
13. In case of any discrepancies, the Rules and Regulations of MCC (MDS Counselling) / PGDAC-2024 Prospectus will
be followed.
14. Eligibility criteria and instructions and other details are available in the Prospectus of PGDAC-2024 which
can be downloaded from the Board's website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
15. Those candidate who are admitted in any Govt./ Pvt. Dental College of India are not eligible for Round-3 Counselling.
16. Updated seat matrix of Govt. and Pvt. Dental Colleges of Bihar have already been uploaded on Board's website. The
candidates must see it before filling up of their Choices for Online Counselling.
17. Important Dates for PGDAC-2024 Round-3 Counselling :
i. Publication of merit list on Board’s website : 17.08.2024
ii. Seat matrix posting on website : 17.08.2024
iii. Starting date of online registration-cum-choice filling for
seat allotment (Round-3) : 20.08.2024
iv. Last date of online registration-cum-choice filling for
seat allotment and locking (Round-3) : 22.08.2024
v. Provisional seat allotment order publication : 25.08.2024
vi. Downloading of allotment order (Round-3) : 25.08.2024 to 28.08.2024
vii. Document verification/Admission (Round-3) : 26.08.2024 to 28.08.2024
18. Candidates are advised to go through the PGDAC-2024 Prospectus in detail.
19. Course wise / College wise Fee structure of Private Dental Colleges are already available on Board's website:
bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and colleges website.
Candidates are advised to confirm the Fee structure / any other additional Fee for the Pvt. Colleges before
filling up online Application Form. BCECE Board takes no responsibility of the fee structure of the colleges
and will not entertain any complaint regarding Fee structure.
20. List of Original Documents to be produced during documents verification :
i. Residential Certificate.
ii. Caste Certificate.
iii. Certificate for Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
iv. College leaving certificate.
v. Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate
vi. BDS Passing Certificate
vii. Mark sheets of BDS (I, II & III Parts).
viii. No objection certificate from employer (if applicable).
ix. Dental Registration Certificate.
x. Original Matric Certificate.
xi. Admit Card of NEET(MDS) - 2024.
xii. Score Card of NEET(MDS) - 2024.
xiii. Any other certificates in support of eligibility as required and mentioned in the prospectus of PGDAC-2024
(available on website).
xiv. Rank Card of PGDAC-2024.
xv. Six copies of the passport size photographs of previously filled application form of PGDAC-2024.
xvi. Hard Copy of filled application form (Part-A and Part-B) of PGDAC-2024.
xvii. Six (6) Photograph same as uploaded on application form of PGDAC-2024.
xviii. The Check Slip as downloded alongwith Biometric Identification Report Form 1 (one) copy.
21. BCECE Board / Controller of examination reserves the right to amend / rectify any of the conditions of Prospectus of
PGDAC-2024.
22. Rest of the terms / conditions of the Advertisement No.- BCECEB(PGDAC)-2024/06 Dated 09.08.2024 will remain
same.
