Your office letter No. 5708-12 dated 18.12.2024.
With reference to above mentioned letter, wherein your office has requested for allocation of Security Lights, CCTV Cameras, Portable Security Cabin and
Entrance Gate / Barriers to be used for fencing of EHV store at Rawat. In this regard, the following material is hereby allocated in favor of the P.D (EHV-I)
NTDC, Islamabad for subject works.

Notes:
1. CCTV Cameras, Portable Security Cabin and Entrance Gate / Barriers are not available in NTDC warehouse as per Online Inventory Management System.
So the same may please be arranged at your own level from GSO store or initiate procurement process of the same with the technical/financial approval of
competent authority.
2. It is advised to depute your authorized representative to collect the above-mentioned allocated material underintimation to this office.
3. The availability & technical suitability of the material may please be ensured before proceeding for collection.
4. Completeness & Healthiness of the above allocated material must be checked and ensured by the collecting agency before collection.
5. The allocation requirement and usage of above allocated material has to be substantiated as per your record.
6. This allocation is valid for 90 Day(s) after which the allocation would be deemed to have been automatically withdrawn / cancelled.
7. Please ensure that no duplicate withdrawal takes place against this allocation letter.
