First of all, I, ( as a NSS volunteer) ,will put
forward my ideas regarding this event in front
of all NSS volunteers, program as. It is
believed that,"mashvare(discussion) mein
khair hoti h".
I'll put forward these ideas:
1.We have to make posters and write slogans
which inspire all the students and faculty
members to donate blood. Slogans like,"give
blood, give life","Aapke thoda khoon dene se
aap ka kuch nahi hoga Lekin aap kisi ki jaan
bacha sakte ho ","make your blood precious
by giving life to others".
2.I'll ask permission from Principal for
screening a documentary on blood donation
for all the faculty members and for all the NSS
volunteer because a team without a clear aim
cannot achieve the aim. The faculty members,
then ,will motivate their students and it can be
seen that when a teacher motivates a student
the impact on the student is different than any
other person.
3. We have to activate our social media team
15 days before the event because we have to
circulate the information about the event to
every student and faculty members.
4. I will personally take the responsibility to
convince at least five people to donate the
blood. Same applies for all NSS volunteers.
5. Prior to the event, I'll make the list of
students from my class who were convinced
to donate the blood and on the blood donation
event ,I will ensure that these student will
donate the blood.
6. We have to complete our list of convinced
students two days before the event and will
make sure to give remainder of the event to
these Students.
7. On the day of blood donation, all the NSS
volunteer should make sure that they donate
blood before everyone to inspire others to
donate blood.
8. I'll tell non-teaching staff about this event
because they are not fully aware of
importance of blood donation.
9. I'll make sure that there is no
inconvenience for those who are donating
blood on this event.
10. I'll make sure that there will no one left
without donating blood in my friend groups
and as a NSS volunteer this is my
responsibility to make this event a successful
event.
