BLOOD DONATION PROPOSAL
INDONESIAN YOUTH RED CROSS
VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL 1 CIOMAS
2020/2021
A. BACKGROUND
Blood is one of the main components of the body. Its role as a means
of transportation in the body has made blood an important factor in life.
Currently there are many cases of blood shortages, especially in the
Bogor area. Lack of blood in the body can trigger diseases such as anemia,
hypotension, and several other diseases. Accidents and childbirth also cause
a person to lose blood due to bleeding.
However, currently the number of requests and the amount of blood
stock in society is not balanced. There have been many cases where related
agencies such as PMI and hospitals were unable to provide blood bags to
patients due to a lack of blood stock. This can certainly endanger the
patient's life if not treated immediately.
Therefore, to show our concern, PMR Wira SMK Negeri 1 Ciomas
in collaboration with PMI will hold a blood donation activity with the
theme "A Drop of Your Blood Connects My Life". It is hoped that by
holding this activity, the attitude of caring and loving each other in society
will increase. And it is hoped that this activity will remain on our annual
agenda for PMR Wira Vocational High School 1 Ciomas

B. LEGAL BASIS
1. Government Regulation No. 7/2011 concerning blood services states
that the organization of blood donations and blood processing is carried
out by the blood donation unit or UDD which is organized by a social
organization with the main duties and functions in the field of Red
Cross.
2. Law no. 36/2009 concerning health and government regulation no.
7/2011 concerning blood services, it is stated that the government is
responsible for implementing blood services that are safe, easy to
access, and in accordance with community needs
3. In accordance with the explanation of Law no. 36/2009 concerning
health article 90 and Government Regulation no. 7/2011 concerning
blood services article 46, guaranteed government funding is realized in
the form of providing subsidies to UDD from the APBN, APBD and
other assistance
C. OBJECTIVE
1. Improving the quality and activities of Youth Red Cross members at
Vocational High School 1 Ciomas
2. Increase the sense of brotherhood of Youth Red Cross members
between schools..
3. Increase public awareness, especially residents of Vocational High
School 1 Ciomas and vocational school students throughout Ciomas
District, regarding social awareness of blood stocks..
4. reating teenagers who are healthy and free from the risk of dangerous
diseases so that they can excel and make the school proud, especially
for students at Vocational High School 1 Ciomas.

D. PARTICIPANT
Participants who participated were the extended family of
VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL 1 CIOMAS and SMK/Se-Degrees in
Ciomas District, Mr/Mrs Teachers of SMP/Se-Degrees in Ciomas District,
the Ciomas Sector Police, as well as residents of the Ciomas District area.
