AFFIDAVIT FILED BY THE PETTIONER
I, N.Santhadevi, W/o.Nallusamy, Hindu, Housewife, aged about 68 years,
residing at No.9/333, Uthiragadikaval, Thethukkadu Post, Sendamangalam Taluk,
Namakkal District do hereby solemnly and sincerely state as follows-
1. I humbly submit that I am the petitioner herein and plaintiff in the above
suit. I have filed the above suit seeking declaration and consequential injunction
with respect to suit properties and for other reliefs.
2. I crave leave of this Hon'ble Court to treat all the averments contained in
the plaint may kindly be read and treated as part and parcel of this affidavit.
3. I submit that today I have filed a suit for declaration and consequential
injunction and other relief with respect to the suit property belonged to me against
the 1st respondent/defendant and as against the respondents/defendants nos.2 to

8, government officials more particularly I am challenging the proceedings of the
respondent no.6 who had resorted proceedings against me and my property as
such, I have to get interim orders in the accompanying petitions filed by me along
with plaint. As otherwise right of claim would be jeopardy.
Therefore, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to taken on file the
accompanying plaint filed by me along with the interim of applications emergently
in out of order and out of turn and thus render justice.
