IMPORTANT NOTICE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

When you get informed that a recipe (or a step of it) has been completed after HOT SIDE:
reaching a set temperature, and you wish to keep the ingredients at this steady Motor power: 1500 W
temperature for a while, you need to use the “WAIT TEMPERATURE” function. Heater power: 800 W

ACCESSORIES

LID (2)
• Mount the lid by pressing the two side flaps (4) and exerting a little pressure.
It will be very easy.
The lid has a gasket (5), which must always be mounted correctly to avoid the
risk of leaking fluids.
WARNING: The incorrect position of the gasket (4) could enable the spill
of liquids, or prevent the start of the appliance.
• If the lid is not closed properly, the electromagnetic safety device (3) prevents
the appliance to start working, and the display shows the icon of the bowl with
an opening lid.
• To open the lid, press with two fingers on the side flaps (5) and lift them up.
WARNING: If there are some liquids in the bowl and the speed is high,
wait before opening the lid a few seconds so the liquid will fall to their
ordinary level, to avoid over spilling.

The creaming paddle has been studied especially for the whipping of ice cream

Assemble and disassemble the creaming paddle following the same procedure
used for the assembly and the disassembly of the blades.
The time of use of the paddle depends on the duration of the recipe.

the appliance offers the opportunity to modify the stored recipes and/or
programs, by saving a copy in one’s own file (User), or to store own recipes,
according to the personal taste and the ingredients available in one’s own
country.
