‘Move It With Gina’ is a full-service moving consultant, specialising in end to end removals, valet (packing and
unpacking) and cleaning. Our team has been serving Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs for over 20 years and we know
what time-poor, working families need.
Working closely with Gina (the business owner), your responsibilities typically will include:
        acting as a first point of contact
        Monitor and respond to emails, draft and send correspondence, and manage internal
         communications.
        Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle travel arrangements
         and file organization.
        Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
        Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and update records as needed.
        accounts receivable and payables
        invoice management (creating, sending and follow up of unpaid invoices)
        Track tasks, follow up with team members, and ensure timely project completion.
        Conduct research, compile data, and create reports as requested.
        Utilize software and tools to automate routine tasks, streamlining workflow.
        management of customer relations
To be successful in this role you will:
        Have a minimum of 3 years experience in an admin management role or similar
        Proficiency in MS Office
        Possess excellent attention to detail
        Demonstrate strong-time management and organisational skills
        Possess excellent problem-solving skills
        Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure
        Have a positive work ethic and display exceptional team player skills
        Possess strong relationship building skills
        Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

        Knowledge of CRM software (One X training will be provided)
        Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
