Subject: Request for Waiver of Semester Fee Fine
Respected Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request your kind consideration regarding the
penalty fine of 6000 that has been imposed on my semester fee. Due to my current financial
situation, I am unable to pay this fine.
I come from a financially disadvantaged background and am struggling to meet my basic needs.
Despite my best efforts, I am unable to arrange the required amount in addition to my regular fee
payment. I understand the importance of adhering to deadlines, but unfortunately, I have
encountered unforeseen financial difficulties this semester.
I kindly request that you waive the fine imposed, as it is causing significant financial strain on me.
I assure you that I am committed to my education and will continue to work diligently in my
academic endeavors.
I would be extremely grateful if you could consider my request sympathetically and provide me
with some relief. Please let me know if any additional documentation is required to support my
case.
