time, periodic system outages, staff shortages and extended transaction processing

Important Reservation Requirements

Payment. Please pay by cash, check, credit/debit card or contactless payment. Please
note a 2.4% ($2.00 minimum) convenience fee, charged by our payment processor,
applies to all credit/debit card or contactless payment transactions.
Arrive on time. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your reservation arrival
time. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation arrival time, you will
need to reschedule.
Out-of-County Residents. Out-of-county residents who make a reservation will not

receive service at our office.
Bring Your Own Translator. If English is not your first language, you have the option
of bringing a person with you to your scheduled reservation to assist you with
translating. The person you bring with you to translate for you, may not assist you
while you take any required tests.
