LITTLE BUT OFTEN
What matters in meditation is how often you do it, not
how long you do it for. Begin by meditating for 10 minutes
each day and gradually increase the duration of your practice.
It's easier to start with shorter meditation sessions when
beginning your practice.

MEDITATION EXERCISE
1. Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. Sit down in a
comfortable position, either on a chair or on the floor, with your back straight and your hands
resting on your lap.
2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs with air. Hold
the breath for a few seconds, and then slowly exhale through your mouth, letting go of any
tension or stress in your body.
3. Take a few more deep breaths like this, focusing on the sensation of the air filling your lungs
and then leaving your body. Allow your breath to become slow, deep, and natural.
4. As you breathe, focus your attention on your body. Starting at the top of your head, scan
down your body and notice any areas of tension or discomfort. Don't try to change anything,
just observe and acknowledge what you feel.
5. As you become aware of each area of tension, imagine a warm, soothing light flowing into
that part of your body, relaxing the muscles and releasing any tension. Allow this feeling of
relaxation to spread throughout your body, until you feel completely at ease.
6. As you continue to breathe deeply and relax, allow any thoughts or emotions to come and
go without judgment. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your attention back to your
breath and the feeling of relaxation in your body.
7. Stay in this state of relaxation for as long as you like, taking deep breaths and allowing your
body and mind to become more and more peaceful with each passing moment.
8. When you are ready to finish, take a few more deep breaths and slowly open your eyes.
Take a moment to appreciate the feeling of calm and relaxation that you have created within
yourself.

INTUITIVE MINDFULNESS EXERCISE
1. Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed for at least 10-15 minutes.
2. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position, with your spine straight but not tense.
3. Take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Allow any
tension or stress to leave your body with each exhale.
4. Begin to focus on your breath, observing each inhale and exhale without trying to control it. Notice
the sensation of air moving in and out of your body, and the rise and fall of your chest or belly.
5. If your mind begins to wander, gently bring your attention back to your breath. Don't judge or
criticize yourself for losing focus, simply acknowledge the distraction and redirect your awareness.
6. After a few minutes of focusing on your breath, shift your attention to any sensations in your body.
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort, and try to relax those muscles with each exhale.
7. When you feel relaxed and grounded, imagine a ball of white or golden light above your head.
Visualize this light descending into your body with each inhale, filling you with warmth and positive
energy.
8. As you continue to breathe, imagine this light expanding out from your body, radiating love and
positivity to those around you.
9. Now ask a question or set an intention for the universe or your higher self to answer. Focus on the
question or intention, and allow any thoughts or images that come to mind to surface without
judgement.
10. When you're ready, take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes. Take a moment to notice any
shifts in your awareness or energy before going about your day.
Remember, the key to this exercise is to approach it with an open mind and a non-judgmental
attitude. Practice this regularly to develop your mindfulness and intuition over time.

WRITE IT DOWN
As human beings, we are full of energy and composed of tiny particles called atoms. These atoms
consist of vibrating electrons and light-emitting protons. Even though we may not be aware of it, we
are constantly translating these vibrations in our daily lives. It's time to start paying attention to this
energy and harnessing it consciously. So, get yourself a notebook and start jotting down your instincts
whenever you experience them, along with the date. Then, exercise some patience and wait for a
while. Eventually, you'll be able to validate that those gut feelings were actually accurate intuitions.
VALIDATE
Check it off when you're done. These are known as
victories. The most effective method for improving your
intuition is to have faith in your instincts.
The most effective way to establish that faith is through
confirmation. Whenever you question your capabilities,
refer to your journal to validate all the instances when you
were accurate.
FIND THE WORDS
Allow yourself to delve deeper into your own emotions and express them through words. Connecting
with your intuition requires acknowledging and understanding your feelings. Spend time exploring
and discovering the words that best describe how you feel.
In addition, take notice of the energy around you. Pay attention to the vibes left behind by others,
whether it's in a room, a workspace, or your own home. What impressions are left behind? What
energetic fingerprints can you detect? Being aware of your environment and how it affects you is
crucial in building a strong intuition.
At its core, connecting with your intuition is about putting words to the sensations and
vibrations that you experience. Embrace your emotions, take note of your surroundings,
and use these insights to strengthen your intuition.

a mental note of these sensations.
4. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, calming, and natural setting.

a sense of calm and relaxation.
5. As you visualize this scene, imagine yourself walking through it.
Notice any details you see, such as the colors of the leaves or the
sound of the waves.
6. As you continue to walk, pay attention to any intuitive
impressions you receive. These could be thoughts, feelings, or
sensations that seem to come from outside of your own mind.
7. Don't judge or analyze these impressions, simply notice them
and continue to walk through the scene.
8. After a few minutes, slowly open your eyes and return to the
present moment.
9. Write down any intuitive impressions you received during the
exercise, and reflect on how accurate they were.
Remember to repeat this exercise regularly, and over time, you will find that your intuition
becomes stronger and more reliable.

play a crucial role. In order to optimize this process, it is important to prioritize taking care of each of
these aspects.

it is imperative that we maintain them in optimal condition. It's crucial to be mindful of what we permit
into our subconscious.
Some helpful tips:
Limit your exposure to negative people.
Maximum of 2hrs screen time per day (TV & social media)
Exercise daily (walking, yoga, or similar)
Connect with nature (garden or walk)

BODY
To maintain proper bodily function, it's essential to prioritize certain habits. Getting between 7-9 hours
of sleep per night, consuming fresh and wholesome foods, drinking ample amounts of water, and
engaging in oxygenating activities like walking, exercise or yoga are crucial.
SOUL
Infuse your life with joy by engaging in activities that bring you happiness. Prioritize finding pleasure in
what you do, and minimize your exposure to people or situations that dampen your mood.
When cultivating your intuition, it's crucial to avoid doing things out of obligation. If a task or
commitment fails to bring you joy, take a moment to reflect on why you agreed to it in the first place.
Establishing boundaries is an essential component of spiritual growth. As you progress on your
journey, remember to prioritize your own needs and well-being.
