same with my loan application.

the said loan facility under any of the schemes of this Corporation/Govt. of India

8. That in lieu of the loan sanctioned and released by DSFDC, I have Hypothecated

______________ purchased out of loan released by DSFDC on the terms and
conditions of Hypothecation Deed, which are binding and acceptable to me.
9. That in the event of any information found false or incorrect, I shall be liable to
refund the entire amount of loan along with up to date interest to DSFDC in
pursuance to the terms and conditions of the Hypothecation Deed etc. I do hereby
personally make may self liable to repay the entire amount of loan as stipulated in
the Hypothecation Deed and other legal papers to DSFDC.
10. That neither myself nor any member of my family is employed in Govt./Semi
Govt./ Autonomous Body of Central Govt./State Govt. or PSU.

RENT AGREEMENT
This Rent Agreement is made at New Delhi on this _______day of _________ between
I, _______________ S/o D/o W/o Sh. _______________________________________
(hereinafter called) the Landlord/first party.
AND

________________________ (hereinafter called) the tenant/Second party.
The expression of both the parties shall mean and include their heirs, legal representative
and assignee etc.
Whereas the first party the owner and the possession of build up property- _______________

Whereas the First party has agreed to give the said premises on rent and the second party has
agreed to take it on the following term and condition:-
1. That the tenant/Second party has taken the above said premises on monthly rent of Rs.

2. The second party will make the payment of rent in advance on 7th day of each English
Calendar.
3. The above said property has been given on rent which will be commencing from

8. That if Second Party shall default any term or conditions of this Rent Agreement or shall
not pay the rent any two months continuous then the First Party shall have the full rights
to take the legal Action against the Second Party.
9. That in case any of Party desires to vacate the rented premises before the expiry of the
tenancy period then he/she will have to serve one month’s advance notice or one month
to be subsequent party.
