Job Title: SDET Automation Engineer (Contract)

Working Hours: Contract position with overlap from 6:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST, with
remaining hours flexible.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SDET Automation Engineer specializing in Selenium and
C# to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves designing, developing, and
executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of software products.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver with strong analytical skills, who can
work efficiently in a remote setting with a time overlap from 6:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and C# for web
applications.
Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements
and identify test cases.
Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report issues with detailed
documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, frameworks, and tools.
Ensure timely and high-quality releases through effective test planning and execution.
Participate in code reviews, debug failures, and contribute to continuous improvement
of automation scripts.
Utilize defect tracking tools to log, manage, and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Automation Testing with a focus on Selenium and C#.
Proven experience in writing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools.
Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including regression, functional, and
integration testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative
environment.
Flexibility to work in partial overlap with the U.S. team, from 6:30 PM to 12:30 AM
IST.
