I, R.Soundararajan residing at Redhills. Own premises located at old no 49 new no 50, Pillayar Koil Street,
Redhills, Chennai. I am interested in letting out the Ground floor of the Premises to The Indian Post
Office. The Office Location has the following facilities. A. 5 feet above the Road Level. B. Have Parking
Facilities, C. Well Ventilated Office Space with Safety Gates. D. Two Toilet Facilities. E. Tiled Floors F.
Water Connection. G. Separate EB connection. The Dimensions of the Office space is including a vanity,
and the bathroom facility is 1800 sq. ft apart from the Parking area

I request you to grant rental at the existing rate of per sq. ft 28 Rs in our area and I would like to provide
the rental at Rs.50,000/-. I am looking forward to providing rental to Indian Post Office, Kindly look into
the premises and we can discuss on rental terms discussion.
