DIVISION 10.0 PLUMBING WORKS
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install plumbing, related
fixtures, ventilation, roof and floor drains. All work shall comply with national and local codes and
ordinances. Installation of all sanitary equipment shall follow proper sequence with subcontractors
coordinating work with all other trades. Terminal hook-up of all fixtures and tap in to all utilities
shall be required. Contractor shall install and check all pressure reducing valves, pop off valves,
and other safety devices prior to operation of system. Included herein, and considered as part of
these documents are Sanitary Engineer’s Specifications. All work under this section shall comply
with all applicable national and local laws and regulations. Contractor shall obtain all registration,
licenses or permits required and costs for these shall be included in the Contract.
10.1 PLUMBING WORKS
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and services required to
complete the entire plumbing system. The work includes connections of storm and
sanitary line to the area drainage system and to street drain: installation of cold and
hot water system of the building and its connection to the main water line. The
Contractor shall furnish and install all sanitary soil, waste and vent lines, branches and
stack; underground drains and sewers inside and outside the building for both storm
and sanitary water; inside roof drainage leaders connecting to roof drains, floor drains,
fixtures and trimmings, traps, stops, valves, all pipe fittings, union, hangers, in
connection with usual building services; cleaning up after completion and testing of
system. All plumbing fixtures except water heater shall be supplied and installed by
the Contractor.
10.2 FIXTURES
All toilet fixtures shall be from American Standard or any equivalent.
All faucets shall be from Delta or any equivalent.
