Deployment Orders to Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota


1. Pursuant to operational requirements, you are hereby directed to report for deployment to Ellsworth
Air Force Base, South Dakota, in support of mission operations under the authority of Air Force
Instruction (AFI) 10-403, Deployment Planning and Execution.
2. Reporting Instructions:
• Report Date: 23 December 2024
• Duty Reporting Time: 12:45 PM
• Deployment Duration: Indeterminate
3. Point of Contact (POC):
• Staff Sergeant Michael Goblins
4. Purpose of Deployment:
The purpose of this assignment is to provide support for strategic bomber operations and training
exercises. You will report to 28th Bomb Wing (28 BW) upon arrival at Ellsworth Air Force Base.
5. Travel and Lodging:
• Travel arrangements will be coordinated through the Traffic Management Office (TMO). Ensure all
travel documents, including your Common Access Card (CAC), are updated.
• Lodging upon arrival will be arranged by Dakota Inn Lodging office.
6. Uniform and Equipment:
• You are required to report in Uniform.
• Bring all issued equipment and personal items necessary for the duration of this deployment. Ensure all
items are in compliance with Air Force standards.
7. Additional Instructions:
• Complete all pre-deployment medical and training requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all administrative and logistical directives, including completion of mandatory
briefings prior to departure.
8. Failure to comply with these orders may result in administrative or disciplinary action under the
Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
