I am excited to apply for the research assistant position at Health Partners Initiatives (HPI) as
advertised. With a strong passion for research, I am confident that my skills and experience
make me an ideal candidate for this role. I hold a bachelor's degree in Sociology in from
University of Malawi. My academic background has equipped me with Research skills for
program evaluation

I have more than one year of experience working with communities and social
enterprises/NGOs. My previous roles have involved: Community mobilization and engagement;
Data collection and analysis. I am possessing these Key Skills: Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills; Computer literacy (MS Office, data entry); Valid motorcycle driving license;
Fluency in English and Chichewa.

I am available to start immediately and am willing to work in a rural setting. Attachments are
