Minimum Wage Policy
Objective: Marudhara Polypack Private Limited is committed to ensuring that all employees receive fair
compensation for their work, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This policy establishes the
company's commitment to paying at least the minimum wage as stipulated by law and ensures that employees are
compensated fairly for their labor.
Policy Statement: Marudhara Polypack Private Limited adheres to all national, state, and local wage laws and
regulations. The company is committed to providing wages that meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements
established by applicable labor laws in India. We believe in fair and equitable compensation for our employees,
and this policy serves as a foundation for maintaining a transparent and legally compliant wage structure.
Key Principles:
1. Compliance with Minimum Wage Laws:
o Marudhara Polypack Private Limited will always comply with the minimum wage laws established
by the central government, state governments, and local authorities in the regions where we
operate.
o The company ensures that all employees are paid at least the legally required minimum wage for
their respective roles and working hours.
2. Wage Transparency:
o The company maintains a transparent wage structure where employees are informed about their
wages and how they are calculated.
o All compensation packages, including bonuses, overtime pay, and other allowances, are clearly
communicated to employees in writing during the hiring process and through regular wage
statements.
3. Timely Payment of Wages:
o Employees will be paid their wages in a timely manner, as per the company’s established payroll
cycles.
o Any adjustments to the minimum wage or pay rates will be reflected in the employees' pay
promptly, in accordance with any changes in the applicable laws.
4. Fair Wage for Fair Work:
o While the company will adhere to the minimum wage laws, we also recognize the importance of
fair compensation. Employees will receive wages that reflect their skills, experience,

o Employees engaged in tasks that require higher skills, qualifications, or experience may receive
wages above the minimum wage.
5. Overtime Compensation:
o Any overtime worked beyond the regular working hours will be compensated as per the applicable
overtime laws and rates, in line with legal requirements.
o Overtime pay will be calculated based on the employee's standard hourly rate or the applicable
minimum wage, whichever is higher.

o Marudhara Polypack Private Limited will review the minimum wage rates regularly and will adjust
employee compensation to ensure compliance with any changes in the minimum wage laws.
o In the case of any changes to national, state, or local minimum wage laws, the company will
promptly update its payroll systems to reflect the new rates.
7. No Discrimination in Wage Payment:
o Employees will not be discriminated against based on their gender, caste, religion, or any other
personal characteristic in the payment of wages. Equal pay for equal work will be ensured across
the organization.
8. Awareness and Education:
o The company will regularly educate employees on their rights and entitlements related to wages,
ensuring that they understand their compensation packages and how wages are determined.
o The HR department will provide employees with clear documentation regarding wage structure,
including any applicable bonuses, incentives, or benefits.
Implementation:
HR and Payroll Management: The HR department, in collaboration with the payroll team, is responsible
for ensuring that the company adheres to this policy. The department will ensure that employees are paid
in compliance with the minimum wage laws and will maintain records of all payments made.
Monitoring and Auditing: The company will conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with the
minimum wage policy and labor laws. Any discrepancies or violations will be promptly addressed through
the appropriate channels.
Employee Grievance Redressal: Employees are encouraged to report any concerns or grievances
related to wage payments or wage discrepancies to the HR department, which will take corrective action
promptly.
Compliance and Accountability:
All employees are expected to receive at least the minimum wage as prescribed by the relevant labor
laws. If any violations of the policy are found, corrective measures will be taken.
Any employee found in violation of the policy by underreporting or failing to comply with wage regulations
will be subject to disciplinary action, as per company rules.
Review and Updates:
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains aligned with any changes in the legal and
regulatory framework and continues to reflect best practices in wage management.
