BEING MESMERIZED WITH THE DECORATIONS & ARCHITECTURE

The place I found most interesting

was the rooftop patio. Evident from
the surrounding,city buildings visible
in the background with lush greenery
creating a tropical and inviting
atmosphere. The most striking
feature I found was the geometric
metal structure overhead. It's strung
with warm-toned lights that
illuminate the space beautifully.
Additional string lights are woven
through the plants, adding to the
ambiance.

Next, I think the compelling

feature of the second photo is
the mix of mordernism and
traditionalism. I tried to blend
with the modern decorations
with my handcrafted
traditional designed saree.

The third photo was captured

in a forest blending in mother
nature.

Drawing Beautiful
Dreams
I drew this as a symbol that even if someone gave up on
their life. There is always an open door for them. That door
is the butterflies flying over the skull. That skull itself
represents the person who is depressed or gave up on life.
All I can say as an artist is that giving up is never an option.
But looking for butterflies is also an option. So, always find
your butterflies in life.

My coloured
paintings
In the first painting, I used my initial name to paint. As my grandma gave me a nickname
"Titli", means butterfly. I tried to take my first letter of my name, blend it with a butterfly
and make environment colourful. It's the mirror image of my life where I try to colour my
environment with my personality. You need to be careful when using several paints on top,
make sure not to mix, otherwise it would look bad or the color would be changed.

Second one is the drawing of a human heart. This started with a boring time in biology class
but at the end of the day, got an idea in my head and painted. As you can see I have the habit
of making my drawing as colourful as I could, so this one's no exception.

All of the paintings I drew symbolizes one thing, a happy colourful and self loving life. I am
certain everyone desires that. I am no exception either.

outward appearance of things, but their
inward significance" -Aristotle

Role in
society
As an alert citizen, I tried my best to always be there when my country was in crisis. I believe by serving the
creation I'll serve the Almighty. So, I've always considered this my moral obligation.

On August, a sudden disastrous flood occurred in our border areas, where many houses were flooded, people
died, lost their loved ones. Some died of hunger, some died drowning or some by snake bites. This incident
shook me and I started raising awareness immediately. I contacted my seniors and started raising funds and
materials for rescue. After rescue was over we helped by providing medicine, baby food, dry foods, warm
clothes.

Besides, I worked to create awareness for dengue disease. Every year many people in Bangladesh die due to

this dangerous disease. So, I made sure to do

my share of work. If my initiative saves even a
single person that's a win for me.

I have also volunteered in a non- profit

organization where we make list of poor
people who doesn't have a job. Raise funds for
them to start a business. They use the sum to
operate their small businesse and make an
honest living for themselves. So far I've helped
7 families setting up their business. When I
look at them now, they've become happier.
Their children now can afford food, education
and a roof over head to sleep. I have never
regretted my decision of helping them to
stand on their own feet.

a pet; he's my little
companion and my
confidante. From the
moment he pads into
the room, his soft
purring fills the air, and
it’s like all the stress of
the day melts away. He
knows when I’m feeling
down and curls up right
beside me, offering
comfort without saying
a word. He’s playful and
mischievous, but also
has this calming
presence that makes
my life feel a little less
hectic. Whether it’s
chasing him favorite
toy around or simply
watching him nap in
the sun, having him in
my life adds a special
kind of joy and warmth
that I didn’t even know
I needed.

Leo, Elsa, Flora, Ciro all are my beautiful

pets and I have different reasons for
naming them. My Brown one Leo was
named after Lionel Messi, as I'm a fan of
Argentina's football team so I named him
Leo. My white one was named Elsa. I loved
Elsa from 'Frozen' cartoon and thus named
her Elsa as she's white as snow. The tiger
one was named Flora. Why I named the
tiger one Flora? Because tiger's are symbol
of strength. I had a good friend who passed
away in heart disease who's nickname was
Flora. So I named Flora after her. To
remember her as the stronger one. About
Ciro, it's also related to my love for Lionel
Messi. His younger son's name is Ciro. So of
course I named him Ciro.

My life with my four cats is nothing

short of a daily adventure. Each one has
their own unique personality, from the
sassy one who always demands
attention to the quiet one who watches
everything from the highest perch. They
chase each other through the house,
turning every corner into a playground,
and their curiosity never ceases to
amaze me. Every day is filled with
laughter at their silly antics, whether
they're pouncing on invisible prey or
snuggling up together in a cozy pile. At
night, they all find their way to my bed,
turning it into a warm, furry haven. Life
with my four cats is never boring—it's
full of love, joy, and endless fun.

“Am I getting younger? ”

Some unsaid mental health issues

It sounds strange for a 19-year-old to ask,

but I’m not talking about looks. Lately, I’ve
felt like I’m mentally going backward,
handling things worse than I used to. At
this age, I thought I’d be more confident
and in control, but instead, I feel more
insecure and anxious, like I’m regressing
into a younger, more fragile version of
myself.

Growing up, I believed adulthood meant

becoming stronger and more resilient. But
instead, I’m overwhelmed by self-doubt,
anxiety, and the pressure to be perfect. It’s
frustrating because everyone tells us these
are the best years of our lives. Yet, instead
of feeling free, I often feel trapped by
expectations I can’t meet and a future I
can’t predict.

Mental health isn’t talked about enough when you’re young. Some days I feel strong, but
other days, even getting out of bed feels impossible. It’s like I’m supposed to be growing up,
but mentally, I feel like I’m shrinking. I’ve learned, though, that it’s okay not to have it all
figured out. Talking about it has shown me I’m not alone—so many of us feel this way.

Maybe feeling like I’m getting younger isn’t a failure. Maybe it’s part of the process, a
reminder that growing up isn’t linear. I’m learning to accept that setbacks don’t mean I’m
failing. It just means I’m still learning and growing at my own pace.
