black sc = Single crochet
F hook (3.75 mm) inc = Increase
Stuffing dec = Decrease
9 mm safety eyes ss = Slip stitch
Scissors FLO = Front loops only
Tapestry needle F/O = Finish off

Assembly
See pictures below if you need help with placement

Use black yarn to embroider a mouth onto the head


Sew the body onto bottom of the head
Sew the arms on either side of the body, stuffing as you go
Sew the legs on either side of the body, stuffing as you go
Sew the shell onto the back of the body using the leftover back loops, not the white sts, stuffing as you go
Sew the end of the tail below the shell
Sew the middle of the tail onto the shell to hold it up
Fold the tail over and sew it together, forming a curl
